Felt like home

We had an incredible stay, but what truly made it special was the team. From the moment we checked in, we felt like guests in someone’s home rather than just a room number. The dinner was fantastic. Last but not least, a huge shout out to the owner who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

Lovely building in an excellent location for exploring further afield

Our host was really friendly and welcomed us at the front door with open arms. We were travelling out of season so it was very quiet, we were the only guests on that particular night. The room we chose was really cosy. We decided to have dinner at the hotel, it was a decent meal. The restaurant / bar was good, the wood burner was continually loaded to keep the room warm. The walk in to town was easy and really close. Breakfast was good. Out host was very kind and flexible on checking out. Parking was easy.

It's a shame we weren't able to pay online beforehand. Albania is for sure a cash country!! We did have the option of paying with Paypal.

Excellent hotel in Përmet

I really liked staying here. The room was huge, very comfortable, and very clean, with a nice bathroom and shower. The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming, and prepared very good dinner and breakfast. Excellent value for money. I will definitely come back.

Pretty buildings, good room, very quiet

- The Hotel complex itself is a beautiful example of restored Albanian heritage - The room was large and clean - The area is extremely quiet - The breakfast was good

Traditonal comfortable hotel managed by warm family

It is a family traditional hotel and everybody does his best to let you feel at home. It is nice that you can sit in the terras in front of the hotel, for breakfast dinner or just to have a rest. There are also a lot of locals there. You feel you are really part of Albaninan social life. Some evenings there is music and singing on the terras. The breakfast is a buffet with a salad, eggs and local products. The room is comfortable, clean and spacious

The hotel itself is lovely, but the few streets to get to it from the center are in a poorer neigbourhood (not that you feel unsafe though). Also that is Albanie. A lot is developing resulting in contrasts.

Great hosts, wonderful atmosphere, good food and comfortable rooms…we highly recommend!

Hotel Kaso Ervehe is a beautiful property with the original building renovated from when it was a museum. The second building is newer and the room we were given was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. The courtyard is a wonderful meeting place for the guests and local residents. A live trip played beautiful traditional Albanian music with the guest joining in on the dancing. Meals and drinks are also served in the courtyard. Our host Rakip was a wonderful and welcoming host. Alexandra was an amazing hostess, a very warm person always with a welcoming smile.

Don’t miss out on this place!

I wanted to stay here forever! Not only is the building amazing, the gardens beautiful, the rooms stunning, the hosts were divine. Buzzing around everyone and making them feel like royalty! If you are going to this lovely village, you have to stay here with Costas and his family xxx

Breakfast was amazing. The owner sat down with me and told me everything about the place. Answered all my questions and told me great stories about that area. The house was rebuilt by his father. It´s a family owned place and the whole family are great people.

Great Hospitality

It represents the great and big value of the Albanian that is hospitality. You feel home by the owner treatment. He treated us and all the guests with great respect offering water, coffee, raki :) and making us feel very well. A family business that they care for the clients a lot. The hotel is very central and has all the facilities you need. It is a new hotel and worked in a traditional way that you live also the place.

Exceptional Stay and Service at Hotel Kaso Ervehe: A Perfect 10/10 Experience

It was inevitable for me to write a review for this hotel and its wonderful staff. Upon arriving at the hotel with smiles, we were greeted by a wonderful girl named Semi and an equally wonderful guy named Novi. They allowed us to check in early and even invited us for coffee and welcoming drinks on the house. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel offered us much more than we needed. When they heard we were going to visit the Thermal Springs in Benje, Semi even provided us with towels. We decided to have both breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and here too, we were very satisfied. My experience at Hotel Kaso Ervehe: 10/10.

We booked room with breakfast, the room was on the attic and the host offered us to stay in another room. Breakfast was delicious they offered us various options. Some people commented about the shower with no curtains and hooks, we weren’t bothered by it.

Incredible stay very lovely people highly recommend

We were welcomed with smiles (rare for Albania) everyone was pleasant and spoke to us which made our stay. The Mattress was comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The place is new which is nice. They did play very loud music until 11pm, which crushed us a little as we really wanted serenity and quite night sleep. The area is interesting, the drive and surrounding areas are so picturesque and beautiful. We tried the traditional chicken and it was so yummy, the donuts for breakfast great. Would stay again.

Everything! This new hotel is a hidden gem, family run business. The owner and staffs are very friendly. We were to spend one night but added an extra night because we felt like it’s home away from home. From the hospitality to the lovely and delicious homemade meals, really top notch service. Special place and people, I look forward to visiting again with my family. Really Albania hospitality at its best. Shout out to Alexandra(Sandra) she is one special lady.

Comfortable stay in a historic restored building with good food and nightly entertainment in weekend

The historic building has been restored in authentic fashion with attention to every detail; yet it has all the modern amenities to allow visitors the comforts of home. We enjoyed the spacious rooms, modern baths, cold air conditioning (adjustable for your preference) and plenty of clean linens and towels. The food and drink were outstanding - traditional Permeti style food with excellent service by friendly and attentive staff who treated us like family. We can’t wait to go back and we will stay nowhere else when we return! The owner is a local Permetar who has poured so much love and work into the property and it shows. He is a gem and treated our family like his own.
