The location is excellent only 10 minutes to Dumfries, and half an hour or so to Castle Douglas and Moffat. Really dog friendly my 2 dogs had a great time as did me and my wife. The Annex was lovely and clean and tidy. It's nice to walk up in the morning and sit outside and here the birds tweeting. It's just super relaxing. Will definitely be staying again.

Lovely quiet, peaceful location with large dog friendly garden. Nice to have a door code so no key to worry about.
