Great location. One of the best landscapes from terrace I’ve ever seen. Far enough from other houses to feel comfortable but not abandoned. Not far from the main road. Air conditioning and WiFi. Wine yard and birds.

The complains are not really serious. Some small repairs in the house would be appreciated (power sockets). Another funny thing - I know watering in the garden and wine yard is crucial but the noisy pump have started to work at 5 a.m. so we woke up early. And, as a result, we fall asleep ealier. Definitely it was healthy, rural style of life (for a week). Last remark - it would be nice to find the better place for baby bed - it makes difficult to access bed.

Perfect quiet, relaxing stay in pretty cottage. Hope to come back one day.

Adorable cottage in the hills overlooking the lake. Peaceful and quiet. Host was great and easy to contact. Spotless and cozy with everything need for a getaway. We had been travelling for 6 weeks non stop so it was such a perfect place to rest and slow down. You do need a car.. that is part of the beauty of this spot.

Stunning views from authentic beautiful house

The view of the mountains and the lake is really spectacular. This property is really beautiful and authentic. The nature, the grapevine around the house. Everything you need to escape from the modern world into the calm mountains of Montenegro. But in case you want to go to the sea or the capital in both cases ride will take just around half an hour.

There's nothing to dislike.

Beautifully situated with a scenic view. The small roads up to the house seem a bit daunting at first, but get better the second time around. The house is very cosy. Very friendly and helpful hosts, they were always ready with helpful advice and tips. Enjoyed our time here immensely and definitely recommend a stay here!

Very good

The location is incredible, you are closed to the lake and the sea. The view breathtaking. You can no be disappointed on that part. If you are looking for peace and quiet this is perfect. The area is a whole vibe. There is big outdoor area to enjoy the view. The hosts are really sweet & happy to help with anything you need and bring stuff for the house if you are missing something. The house looks cute, it's very girly. And the decoration is coherent. I absolutely loved the natural style of the bathroom. It is super nice, and comfortable. Hosts welcomed me with a nice house wine.

The house was recent & some things needed finishing up inside & outside. I stayed 9 night and wanted to settle in and feel home, but most of the drawer and cupboard were filled with things to finish the furnitures & could see some of unfinished stuff. I am sure this will be settled quickly. The house has very little light in. it's a pity that there is no windows with the view considering the location. No hot water in the kitchen & the caserol are quiet hold if you are cooking legumes & oat it burns easily. If you are coming in spring check the Temperature as there is no heating system except for a fireplace in the living room and the house is pretty cool. For the summer it's perfect. Missing some clean clothes rack. There is some wire in the garden but I would not recommend if have light color clothes. Check in/ check out felt a little burdensome with being asked to plan arrival time & departure time in advance.

What a great view!

Great location with magnificent views towards the lake surrounded by the mountains. Hostess very helpful and eager to please. Fantastic welcome with home made wine and home grown fruits. Peace and quiet.

Stunning views, charming place, lovely and thoughtful host.

Our stay here was absolutely magical. The place is located with an unbelievable view of the mountains and lake to enjoy everyday. It also feels quite secluded and private as the neighbours are not very close. It was a short drive to the lovely town of Virpazar which has a nice lakeside restaurant and supermarket and where we spent an awesome day kayaking, and a short drive to some beaches on the other side. It has been thoughtfully and tastefully decorated, and the host Sanja was lovely, great with communication and she even gave us a bottle of homemade wine when we arrived. We were sad to say goodbye to this charming little place.

It was very hot at night, and when we opened the windows for air, the mosquitoes came in, which meant we didn't always sleep very well. Perhaps having a fan would be a good idea to make the stay perfect.

Superb

Cozy, clean and sweet apartment with an amazing view and super nice terrace. Well equipped kitchen. Wifi worked perfect. Location is a super starting point for a nice hike in the hills:-) Communication with the host in advance and during the stay was very good and she is very supportive. Thanks again for the nice stay All the best Dominic and Julia Small recommendation: an additional heater for the sleeping room would be perfect for colder nights. The stove is very good to heat the living room but it's hard to warm up the complete apartment.

Traumhafte Lage mit Blick zum See

Absolut ruhige Lage zum Entspannen. Man sitzt auf gemütlichen Loungemöbeln auf der Terrasse, genießt den Rotwein, der zur Begrüßung bereit stand und schaut auf den See. Die Aussicht ist spektakulär, vor allem zum Sonnenuntergang und Sonnenaufgang! Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist an alles gedacht! Der Weg zum Haus ist steil und kurvig, aber es ist gut zu schaffen... Beim Duschen braucht man etwas Übung, dass nicht alles nass wird, aber auch das geht 😊Die Vermieterin ist jederzeit zu erreichen und sie gibt Tipps z.B. zum Strand oder Bootstour.....sehr freundlich! Die Unterkunft ist optimal für alle Ausflüge sowohl zum See als auch zum Meer, weil sie genau in der Mitte des Weges liegt. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Si vous cherchez le bonheur sur terre, c'est dans cette maison qu'il faut aller. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, le lit est confortable, il y a même une machine à laver. La vue est exceptionnelle et très apaisante, bref, le bonheur. Pas facile à trouver, la gentille propriétaire est venue nous chercher. Prix plus que correct pour le bonheur que procure cette maison et sa vue.
