Beautiful home

The hosts were so lovely and hospitable. Beautiful view and a short walk to Burglauenen station which connects you to Interlaken, Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen very easily.

Nothing, it was excellent and we made good use of the kitchen to save money eating out!! It is a bit of a steep walk from the station so if you have luggage or are elderly, it will be more difficult.

Pleasant

Great location, clean, and easily accessible to the train station. Onsite parking and a small kitchen inside the apartment.

Owner’s Mother greated us at check in and gave us a brief tour. At check in we were notified to keep showers short due to limitations on hot water. Also to keep barhroom door open when showering due to some issues with the steam. We got a knock on the door the second day informing us we left one of the lights on during the night and to keep all lights off at night due to an increase in electricity costs. If you are renting a stay, there should not be limitations such as this or it should be noted on the description before booking.

Very good place, we had a great stay!

Hosts are very friendly, it's a family who lives in the other part of the house. Elizabeth, Bruno and his wife is very nice and helpful people. Apartment has everything we needed. Would definately come back. With love from Denmark, Max and Charlotte.

Amazing Countryside stay!

Really well equipped, clean apartment in the beautiful countryside. it was a perfect location for me and my sister as we did both hiking and exploring in Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen, skydiving in Interlaken and Bungy jumping in Niouc. The apartment is also set in a beautiful valley and waking up to the fresh mountain air and beautiful surroundings was just bliss! It was really practical to be able to cook at home. the kitchen even had a dishwasher! The family that owns this place are really lovely as well.

The pillow was abit flat, otherwise all was perfect!

I love it!! Beautiful place with great views. New modern kitchen and bathroom but with the charm of a swiss chalet!!! Great location and spotless clean!! The owners are fantastic, nice people. They help us a lot!

Probably our best stay in recent years!

Probably our best stay in recent years (and we travel a lot!). We loved the location and the environment! A really nice wooden house in the valley surrounded by beautiful mountains, waterfalls and a green garden around the house. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. We loved the balcony and view from the room. Parking was convenient next to the house. We the booking you get free train ticket to Grindelwald and the train station is within 5 minutes of walking so you don't even have to use the car. Our hosts were really friendly and nice, they were giving us really useful tips were to go. I definitely recommend the place and we would love to return some day!

Stunningly Beautiful Views

We stayed in this apartment for 5 nights and had a great time. The room was beautiful, comfortable and extremely clean. The views from the apartment were awesome. Bruno and his mother were wonderful and friendly. The wifi was good and the kitchen was well equipped...We cooked every night.

I wish that we would have known about the train pass before our arrival. It would have saved us a lot of money, but we had already booked our trains ahead of time. If you are coming to the area and visiting Jungfraujoch, Harder Kulm and Schynige Platte buy the Jungfrau Travel Pass!
