The highlight of our travels in Italy!

The apartment was exceptional. Spotless and fresh. Every small detail has been included by the host, and she was also instantly available for queries. The room was cleaned daily, fresh coffee pods included, and every utensil needed for self food preparation. The location is convenient, peaceful and the view is spectacular! Totally recommend.

I’d be there again

Cozy, comfortable, clean and beautiful. Sabrina was helpful. When I sent messages, she replied within couple of minutes.

Fantastic unit with everything you need to enjoy your stay! Giant bedroom with great bed & linens, nice kitchen & bath too! But even better was the view-the BEST in ALL of Orvieto!! Host was great as well & very kind and friendly. She made sure we were all set up and satisfied.

Excellent location and nice apartment with a helpful hostess

Excellent location in a wonderful, medieval, hilltop village. Max 5 minute flat walk to all village hotspots. Free parking in reserved spot in nearby parking garage just down hill a little (with convenient escalators back up to village level). Helpful hostess met us on arrival-snacks and a great bottle of local wine. Good views across a small street. Very detailed directions to nearby square where we dropped off our luggage. If you put Porto Romana in Google maps, you can pick up the host's directions from there.

Tasteful apartment in great location

Very cute and tastefully decorated apartment located right on the city wall. The owner thought of everything and made us feel right at home. The welcome wine basket was also a nice touch! There is a sitting area right outside the apartment with a great view of the countryside and perfect place for sunset drink.or coffee in the morning (also in the apartment).

The 'included' parking is not near the apartment, but outside the city wall down the hill. There is some paid parking nearby which I would recommend unless you want to haul your luggage quite a ways. While there is an elevator that goes to the parking lot, it is not that convenient. Also recommendation for the owner: upgrade the refrigerator to include a freezer compartment. A lot of people that book apartments with kitchens cook and transport food and use frozen water bottles as ice packs to keep the food cool while driving to the next apartment.

Exceptional accommodation in exceptional location with amazing host.

Amazing accommodation with the most spectacular views over the valley and right in the old town. Complimentary parking was a huge bonus. Our host Sabrina went out of her way to assist in every aspect and provided a lovely welcome gift for us and gave us some great dining tips. If you are gong to Orvieto this is the place to stay.

Traveled from CA to stay here and would do it again!

It was a beautiful, well appointed, charming home with the most breathtaking views! The linens and towels were soft and fresh. The bathroom had a beautiful sink and toilet. The beamed ceiling and white decor were inviting and lovely. Our lovely host left us a gift of wine and pastries too! I will plan another trip from the US to stay here. It’s an absolute must stay!

Fantastic location, easy walk to main attractions, lovely views from the front door. Free covered parking was appreciated. Really comfy foam mattress and pillows, great for sleep. Well equipped kitchen and thoughtful gift. Sabrina was helpful and kind.

Getting the keys was a little complicated. We had to double park . It wasn’t high season so ok, but may struggle other times. That said it was great to have a parking place (in the car park of town) and would definitely stay again on

Exceptional

The appartment is just perfect. Views are fantastic, the wall is literally two steps from your doorstep, and an imposing view of the Umbrian landscape is the first thing you will see when you leave the house. The appartment is clean, full of facilities and very comfortable and elegant. I would definetely repeat my stay here if I visited Orvieto again. Our host was nice and welcoming, and made it really easy for us to park in the city.

Absolute perfection

The apartment is gorgeous, everything looks wonderful from the shutters on the bedroom window to the lovely cutlery drawer. Location, for us, was also perfect, quiet and peaceful but a short walk to the town centre and lift to the car park. It's warm and comfortable and even in February we enjoyed our evenings on the bench outside. We also really appreciated Chiara, the owner's daughter coming down to the car park with us in our car, explaining everything and then taking us up to the apartment. A lovely welcome.

Beautiful property with lovely views and interior. Felt like a little romantic cottage in a perfect location. Parking was free and a short walk away. There was no noise in the evening whatsoever. Fantastic nights sleep. Would definitely stay again.

PERFECT!

If I could have designed the perfect stay in Orvieto, this would be it! Solo female traveler - everything about this exceeded my expectations. The host was amazing!! I appreciate her and her husband's kindness and help. The accommodations were wonderful - clean, beautiful, little touches, comfortable bed. And the view!! Open the door to a spectacular view of the Italian countryside! The bench and table outside is just perfect. I could have stayed there forever. I did not have a car, but if you do, parking is close by! Do not hesitate - stay here!

Lovely apartment with a stunning view

Lovely little apartment in a stunning location. Beautiful views and also close to the old town centre. We enjoyed the chairs overlooking the hills and made good use of them for morning coffee and evening wine. We very much appreciated the wine that was left for us.

Stunning views and exceptional service!

The home is and end unit on the wall of the city providing a panoramic view of the valley below. There are thoughtful touches throughout to include a cute bench just outside of the entrance to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Sabrina was extremely hospitable and delightful and speaks great English. We will definitely return for a visit.

wir kommen gerne wieder

Die Lage ist einfach wunderschön, auf der Stadtmauer von Orvieto, mit herrlichem Blick ins Umland. Es ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem wenige Schritte ins Zentrum. Abends haben wir lange draußen gesessen, es war ein wirklich schöner Platz. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und sehr bemüht uns gut zu empfangen. Sie hatten sogar eine Kleinigkeit zur Begrüßung hingestellt. Danke nochmal :-) Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Unser Auto stand auch gut und ohne Extrakosten gleich um die Ecke im Parkhaus.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt in Orvieto

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist traumhaft, ruhig gelegen, mit toller Aussicht und dennoch ist alles Sehenswerte zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Die Casa Bianca ist hochwertig ausgestattet, klein aber fein. Eine Flasche Wein und Biscotti standen zur Begrüßung bereit, wir fühlten uns herzlich willkommen und gut umsorgt. In unmittelbarere Nähe finden sich zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars und Orvieto ist wirklich sehenswert. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut, die Unterkunft wurde zwischendurch gereinigt, obwohl wir nur 2 Nächte dort waren, Service wie im Hotel ;-) Und der kostenlose Parkservice in dem nahe gelegenen Parkhaus ist ein zusätzlicher Trumpf. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten
