excellent and spacious appartment. more than fully equipped. Very friendly host, who was always willing to help when needed. Although no airconditioning, the house was very cool duringh night and also Day-time. Location is good and supermarkets, restaurats nearby (few minutes drive). We coudl recommend this place for sure to families. (either young or older children).
Nothing. only one small thing is that the wifi could be a little better.

struttura situata nel verde di un bosco a poca di stanza dalla strada ma nella quiete più assoluta, abbiamo trovato anche il necessario per fare la prima colazione che è stato molto gradito il tutto in un ambiente molto pulito.

We spent our 2,5weeks summer holiday in the 'little dreams '. It was amazing. With our 3 little girls we enjoyed the garden and the spacious house. The kitchen was well equipped and everything super clean. And the pool made the whole experience complete. Excellent location for excursions, perugia, Assisi, gubio and many others just a short drive away. Also supermarket, bakery and butcher within few km from the house. The hosts Marco and Nicoletta were super friendly, they let us enjoy and were available any time we needed. Thank you for the hospitality and we hope to come back one day!

What a lovely, spacious and clean apartment and fantastic pool, Piccoli Sogni is the quintessence of holidays!
The property is divided in 3 apartments (two used as holiday houses and the third is where the owners live), each of them with direct and independent access to the garden. We spent 6 nights in the upper apartment with our family of 4 (two kids of 8 and 6). and we had the holiday we needed with a mix of rest at the pool and exploration of the surroundings in some of the most beautiful cities of Umbria - Assisi, Gubbio, Perugia- which are within 30 drive from the house. The main road is on an. Easy reach from the house, without being visible from it as the house it’s immersed in the beautiful green. The communication with Nicoletta and Marco - the owners that live in the central apartment- went really smooth and they have been very kind and attentive to us.
The kids are already asking when we can come back!
