Located near the castle of Giomici, in the center of the area between Perugia Assisi and Gubbio, at an altitude of 500 m and surrounded by a marvelous panorama, it enjoys absolute peace and offers relaxing holidays.

Our whole family loved our week at Agroturisme Dea. It was traditional and clean. Great location for exploring Perugia, Assisi and Gubbio.
The owner Anna and her family were lovely and friendly with plenty of advice if required, and the homemade cookies were a huge hit! The pool was lovely and our daughters loved spending time in it every day.
Only downside was limited comfortable space to relax in the apartment for all five of us with only one 2 seater sofa.

We (3 adults) spent 4 lovely days in Francescana I. The apartment is very classy, clean and comfortable. All supplies are provivded. Moreover, the location of the apartment, close to a castle, is spectacular. Anna-Maria is very kind and helpful. All in all, a great place to stay if you would like to discover beautiful Umbria.

We are in the Appartment Francisca. It is in the first floor and you can sit outsite in the Garden. It is an big Appartment with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. Very nice and clean. I love the big kitchen with al you need to cook for yourself if you want. Anna Maria is very nice and take care for everything. Also the swimmingpool is very nice. Perugia is a great old City, not special touristical, but old and with nice places to visit. We go tree times, but it is to short.
We are missing the Wifi, but can used it some and were.
Umbria is very nice, also the surroundings.

A very good stay stay for 11 days in one of the appartments (Francescana I). We found the appartment quite a bit larger than revealed by the pictures on the internet. It is located in a green setting peacefully in the Umbrian countryside. Nearby villages are available for example for shopping groceries items. The pool is located a small walking distance from the appartment and has a suitable depth for kids also. The owner Maria was very friendly and very very helpful. We can highly recommend a stay.
