Well! Our house is ideal. We are in the open countryside in the Umbrian hills, between Gubbio, Perugia and Assisi, surrounded by olive trees and greenery, so green. Breathe pure country air, at 650 m s. l.m., seeing the wonderful colors of nature, the scents of plants and exploring our hills even by bicycle available to our guests, is priceless. Wonderful panoramas.
After a day spent outside to visit our Umbrian wonders, you will also have the opportunity to relax and have your meals outside on our porch with wooden table and benches, rocking chair, barbecue and wood oven to cook delicacies.
We will be there every day to take care of our donkeys, chickens and give you support for a holiday in total RELAXATION

The house is furnished in elegant "POOR ART" style and is composed as follows:

LIVING ROOM with fireplace and TV,
large KITCHEN with extendable table,
FRIDGE AND FREEZER,
DISHWASHER,
COFFEE MACHINE espresso,
BATHROOM with bathtub and
TWO BEDROOMS, one double and one with a comfortable bunk bed, both with TV.
A convenient LAUNDRY compartment is located adjacent to the house.
Externally on the porch you can relax and have your meals on the comfortable table with adjacent BBQ and wood oven.
Difronte, the fence of donkeys, chickens and our olive grove.
