About this apartment rental
Located on the first floor. It overlooks our garden with 20 olive trees as well as other species, and also the swimming pool. It is a characteristic two-room apartment of approx. 42, where in the first room we have integrated the fully equipped kitchenette, a dining room, a double bed and a single sofa bed, and in the second room two single beds. Immersed in the greenery of the Umbrian hills, in a very panoramic position, between Perugia and Assisi, ours is an ancient farmhouse from the 1200s completely renovated and surrounded by a magnificent garden with roses and olive trees, within which we have created a panoramic swimming pool. The farmhouse is located in a strategic position with respect to many cities of particular tourist interest (Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Spoleto, Todi, Spello, etc.). We are also a few steps from S. Egidio airport which has recently become a hub for low cost international lines (Ryanair, etc.). The apartment is equipped with every comfort to make your stay pleasant (bathroom linen, bed linen, kitchen linen, crockery, cookware, ceiling fan, etc.). The indicated price includes: bathroom, bed and table linen, and all costs for the consumption of water, electricity, cooking gas, air conditioning and heating. Also included is the shared use of our characteristic wood-burning oven, the brick barbecue located in the garden (with tables and chairs available), entry into our panoramic swimming pool with deckchairs, sunbeds and umbrella available, use for the children in the outdoor play area. We then have a laundry room with washing machine and iron and ironing board (free use). If you need an Internet connection, the apartment is equipped with a WiFi system so you can connect to the internet.
