A great stay in a nice place.

Super easy check-in and great food oriented advices from our hosts. Everything’s comfy and functional, and the pool was the icing on the cake.

Location carina, vicina alla strada principale ma circondata dalla natura. Situata a 15 minuti dalla città, quindi ottima se si vuole stare lontani dal caos di La Spezia. È a 10 minuti dalla stazione da cui si prende il treno per visitare le 5 terre. Marco, il proprietario, è stato da subito accogliente e gentile. La consiglio

Comodo per visitare le Cinque Terre

La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica per raggiungere i maggiori luoghi di interesse della riviera ligure di levante: a dieci minuti di auto da La Spezia, comoda per raggiungere le Cinque Terre in treno, vicina a Portovenere e, volendo, in mezz'ora si può fare un salto in Toscana (provincia di Massa e Carrara). Il proprietario, Marco, ci ha accolto con un sorriso e ci ha dato consigli utili per le nostre escursioni. ⁸ Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli, dotate di climatizzatore e caloriferi e in ognuna è presente anche un frigorifero. C'è una sala comune con tavoli e sedie, dove la proprietà mette a disposizione degli ospiti un forno a microonde, una macchina da caffè completa di cialde, un bollitore elettrico e delle tisane. Nella bella stagione si può godere di una piscina e del giardino, con possibilità di pranzare fuori, poiché è provvista di una cucina, con l'occorrente per cucinare (pentole, padelle, mestoli, piatti, posate...).

Al posto dei classici comodini c'erano delle piccole mensole un po' traballanti e lo spazio per riporre i vestiti era pochino... essendo in tre sarebbe stato utile un armadio più grande o almeno una cassettiera. Anche in bagno il mobilio è ridotto al minimo e ci vorrebbe qualche piano d'appoggio in più per riporre i propri effetti personali.

Passable pour une nuit mais ensemble un peu vieillot. Par contre un extérieur avec coin barbecue et petite piscine hors

L’accueil sympathique. Bien placé pour visiter les 5 terres.

Les draps étaient humides. On sentait qu’il y avait un moment que la chambre était inoccupée. La douche était un peu étroite. Et personne pour notre départ. On a du laisser la clé sur la porte de la chambre.

Un angolo di paradiso

Un paradiso. Tutto impeccabile. Camera per 3, spaziosa, pulita, curata accogliente. Proprietari gentilissimi, accoglienti e disponibili. Presente aria condizionata e frigo in camera. Spazio comune disponibile per la colazione, giardino esterno nel verde isolato dalla strada con cucina all'aperto panche e tavoli per mangiare, piscina a disposizione. Un po fuori dal centro ma ne vale proprio la pena. Ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa. Grazie
