A lovely base for touring and enjoying the amenities of Ascona and Locarno.
The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The location was ideal for our purpose - with easy access to the lakeside, public swimming, the old town and (by bus or walking) to Locarno, where we attended the film festival. it's in fairly quiet surroundings with a nice balcony and views.
It was quite hot while we were staying and air conditioning would be helpful. Also a microwave in the kitchen, which is otherwise well equipped for self-catering.

Leider etwas enttäuschend und nicht wirklich erholsam.
Zentrale Lage in ruhigem Wohnquartier. Die Promenade, sowie die Badi sind jeweils innert 10 min. zu Fuss zu erreichen.
Im Haus sind noch diverse andere Ferienwohnungen. Dazu kommt, dass das Haus sehr ringhörig ist. Ausserdem war es sehr heiss in der Wohnung und es konnte nicht wirklich gut gelüftet werden.

Es war Zentrumsnah…
Man hört alles, die Wände sind sehr dünn und unsere „Nachbaren“ haben gerne Party bis 03:00Uhr gemacht. Mit Kind weniger gut.
