Die Lage ist toll. Zu Fuss waren wir in 10min an der Piazza in Ascona, in 5min in der Migros, in 2min in einer Bar mit tollem Latte Macchiato.
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist schlicht und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Wenn einer der 3 oder 4 Parkplätze im Haus frei ist, ist das Auto in der Nähe. Das Migros Parkhaus (5min zu Fuss) ist auch ok, etwas teurer.
Wir haben beide Zimmer benutzt und im kleineren Zimmer gab es keinerlei Nachtische oder Lampen ausser der Deckenlampe (Schalter bei der Tür). Steckdosen für das Laden der diversen mitgeführten Devices sind sehr rar.
Das Haus ist generell extrem ring-hörig. Wenn also 3 Stockwerke höher eine Tür zugeknallt wird, steht man im Bett. Von unseren zwei Nächten war die zweite ruhig, da rücksichtsvolle Gäste im Haus waren. In der ersten Nacht haben wir kein Auge zugemacht, da der Lärm zu gross war. Nicht mal die Ohropax haben geholfen.

The goose down feather pillows. The kitchen is well equipped, only missing a toaster. We liked the Nespresso machine. Garage space available at an extra charge was also good to have. The location was great.
The sofa is very uncomfortable to sit on as it’s a pull out bed. Also only 2 can sit „comfortably „ if there are more people they have to sit on chairs. The TV is extremely small and really bad quality, the picture seems cut off. The terrace is also only good for 2 to eat (the table is basically too big as 4-6 would not be able to sit around the table anyway, so I would put a smaller table. ). The beds have thin mattresses and are all single beds. As a couple you not only end up in the gap, but on the floor.

Good location between Ascona lakefront and the
lido-10 mins walk to each. Comfy beds (even the
sofa bed), nice linens, pillows. plenty of towels
Requested parking space wasn’t booked so had
to pay almost double for public parking. very hot
& airless apartment. No fans nor possible to
leave windows open at night (mosquitos, no
insect screens). Decor & fittings very tired.
