Comfortable and reasonably priced stay with great views

Room was very comfortable - spacious studio with big windows and curtains, comfortable bed, lots of places to hang things, useful amenities (comes up with combo shampoo/body wash and soap, lots of towels; kitchen well-stocked with tiny snacks and condiments in addition to kitchen supplies). No AC, but I came in August and there was a fan, but didn't need it because plenty of airflow from just opening the windows. Location - in a more "residential" and quiet part of Locarno, but the town is pretty compact so you're within 7 min of a central bus stop and 15-20 min to the main train station. They give you a manual and instructions so it's easy to self check-in. I had to go to an event at BLU restaurant, and the apartment was very close by (yay!).

My only feedback is that the electrical outlet near bed nightstand did not work, so I had to plug in my phone relatively far away from the bed.

Très bien, je recommande

la réception des clefs est très bien expliquée, l'immeuble est dans un quartier calme et l'appartement est très bien isolé et calme. C'est une studio, bien aménagé avec un grand lit double et un canapé lit 2 places, une cuisine que nous n'avons pas utilisé. Proche du centre de Locarno et proche du lac, il y a également une grande place de jeux dans un parc à quelques pas ainsi qu une petite place de jeux en bas de l'immeuble. Nous recommandons fortement le restaurant Isolino qui est dans la même rue, au temps le matin pour un brunch ou le soir, c'était une vrai découverte culinaire.

La salle de bain mériterait un coup de rénovation même si elle est fonctionnelle et propre. Autrement rien à redire, je recommande ce studio

Unbedingt empfehlenswert

Alles super. Guter Beschrieb wie man zum Schlüssel kommt. Überhaupt nicht kompliziert, kann also jedermann/frau (Code mit 4 Zahlen). Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren einsame Spitze. Wirklich exzellent, man fühlt sich fast wie zu Hause. Es war sehr ruhig (vorallem in der Nacht). Top Lage. Viele Ziele (See/Badeanstalt/Altsadt/Einkaufen) in Gehdistanz. Bahnhof ca. 20 Minuten auch machbar. Hat aber auch Bushaltestelle in der Nähe.

Das einzige, und das ist wirklich das einzige und es ist halt den Temperaturen geschuldet. Es war sehr heiss in der Wohnung. Aber hey es ist ja nicht immer 35 Grad!!! Wir kommen wieder wenn wir in Locarno verweilen.

Soggiorno per lavoro e relax con i figli. Torneremo ancora!

Appartamento open space, molto spazioso, arredato in modo semplice, ordinato, molto pulito, con tutto il necessario per soggiornare comodamente e in relax. Ottima linea Wifi per lavorare. Angolo cottura ben attrezzato con tutto l'occorrente per cucinare. Parcheggio privato coperto. Ottima assistenza nel caso di necessità, la società "QUOKKA 360" che gestisce questo appartamento, ha del personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta.

Riscaldamento a pavimento del quale non è possibile regolare la temperatura perché centralizzato. Bagno manca il bidet (ma solo per motivi di spazio) ed è poco illuminato.
