Sehr gut gelegen, Supermarkt und Innenstadt sowie der Kamelienpark sind sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar, schöne Aussicht, sehr ruhig und in einer sehr schön begrünten Umgebung gelegen, bequeme und sehr ruhige Atmosphäre im Zimmer, sehr gutes Bett, Parklplatz in der Tiefgarage, unkompliziertes Check-In, gutes Erklärvideo für die Anfahrt und Zugang zum Apartment, Anfragen an den Vermieter wurden umgehend beantwortet
Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter inhaltlich etwas mühsam, Parkplatz etwas schmal, funktioniert jedoch zum Ausladen oder Einladen von Gepäck gut sofern einer der Nachbarparklätze nicht belegt ist, sonst besser zuvor ent- oder beladen, Küche basal ausreichend ausgestattet, jedoch keine Kanne weder für Kaffee noch für Tee, kein Massbecher oder Zitronenpresse, keine "normalen" Tassen oder Tassen, die zB für einen Milchkaffee zu gebrauchen wären, ungemütliches Geschirr

la réception des clefs est très bien expliquée, l'immeuble est dans un quartier calme et l'appartement est très bien isolé et calme. C'est une studio, bien aménagé avec un grand lit double et un canapé lit 2 places, une cuisine que nous n'avons pas utilisé.
Proche du centre de Locarno et proche du lac, il y a également une grande place de jeux dans un parc à quelques pas ainsi qu une petite place de jeux en bas de l'immeuble.
Nous recommandons fortement le restaurant Isolino qui est dans la même rue, au temps le matin pour un brunch ou le soir, c'était une vrai découverte culinaire.
La salle de bain mériterait un coup de rénovation même si elle est fonctionnelle et propre.
Autrement rien à redire, je recommande ce studio

Room was very comfortable - spacious studio with big windows and curtains, comfortable bed, lots of places to hang things, useful amenities (comes up with combo shampoo/body wash and soap, lots of towels; kitchen well-stocked with tiny snacks and condiments in addition to kitchen supplies). No AC, but I came in August and there was a fan, but didn't need it because plenty of airflow from just opening the windows.
Location - in a more "residential" and quiet part of Locarno, but the town is pretty compact so you're within 7 min of a central bus stop and 15-20 min to the main train station. They give you a manual and instructions so it's easy to self check-in. I had to go to an event at BLU restaurant, and the apartment was very close by (yay!).
My only feedback is that the electrical outlet near bed nightstand did not work, so I had to plug in my phone relatively far away from the bed.
