Great flat (ok furniture, beddings and towels could be more modern) but everything good quality but oldfashioned style.

perfect family flat in ascona center

Property manager is responsive and accommodating (thank you Ursi!). the apartment is huge (3 bedrooms) and has everything you need for a short or longer stay including washing facilities. location is awesome; only a 2 min walk from the pedestrian area in Ascona and less than five minutes to the bus stop. beds were comfy and Ursi left us plenty of towels, tea towels etc.

pillows a bit flat but that’s typical in Switzerland. furnishing in flat is a bit dated but honestly, it’s so well equipped and comfortable that who cares about the decor

Superb

Perfect location: close to town center, but more calm. Underground parking included. Huge balconies. Home is very good equipped and furnished. Very cosy and comfortable apartment with friendly host.

A bit challenging with stroller. You have to take stroller few steps on stairs before getting to elevator.

schöne Wohnung mit Potenzial

Die Wohnung ist gross, hübsch, gut ausgestattet und liegt sehr gut. Das Parkieren des Autos in der Parkgarage, oder vor dem Haus ist problemlos und einfach. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es ruhig. Zwei grosse Balkone runden das Wohnprogramm ab. Ein Lift erspart das Treppen gehen. Drei Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt Betten und eine gut ausgestattete Küche machen den Aufenthalt angenehm.

Leider ist die Wohnung in die Jahre gekommen. Die Nasszellen ohne Fenster haben keinen funktionsfähigen Ventilator mehr. Auch sind die Ansauggitter der Lüftung heillos verschmutzt, was wir bei 120Fr. Reinigungspauschale nicht verstehen können. Die Duschtüren schliessen nicht mehr richtig, sodass man nach dem Duschen in einem See steht. Auch sehen die Dusch Dichtungen nicht mehr gerade appetitlich aus. Die Nebenkosten für Abfallsäcke, Badtücher und Bettwäsche sind für kürzere Aufenthalte etwas übertrieben.
