The apartment also has a private underground parking space, equipped with an electric charging point for your vehicle. Outside, within the PPE, there are 4 places for visitors to the residence. Its proximity to the hotel gives you the opportunity to take advantage of all the hotel services offered by the five-star Giardino, such as the delivery of your morning newspaper, the use of their swimming pool facilities & spa, their kids club and many other services to discover. In the same category, the five-star Castello del Sole hotel, a luxury complex set in a nature reserve and agricultural estate a stone’s throw away, also opens its doors to you to enjoy, as extras, its magnificent outdoor areas, spa (except July/August) and restaurants. The residence is located 5 minutes by car or public transport from the center of Ascona and 5 minutes walk from the lake and the marina Porto Patriziale, where we have a motor boat Sea Ray SPX, also available to our guests on request. Finally, a nice 30-minute walk along Lake Maggiore will take you to the center of the village of Ascona and to Locarno. Fitting out The duplex consists of an open kitchen and a spacious living room, combining elegance and simplicity. The bay window of the room gives access to a warm terrace with a view of the typical Ticinese mountains and the beautiful floral landscape of the residence and the Hotel Giardino. On the same level there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. In the mezzanine is the master suite with a double bed and a baby bed (on request) as well as an open bathroom elegantly integrated into the room. In the basement of the residence there is a laundry room and a private parking space as well as an underground passage linking the residence to the Hotel Gardino.  Traveler Access By car: 5 minutes by car from the center of Ascona. By public transport: a bus will take you directly to the residence from the center of Ascona.
