Apartment LocTowers A4-9-2 by Interhome

im 9. Stock war die Aussicht hervorragend die große Küche war modern eingerichtet, Frühstücken auf dem großen Balkon war super Interhome-Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

-die Gebühren für die unter den Towers gelegene Tiefgarage waren mit 18,- CHF pro Nacht völlig überzogen, zumal es keine Alternative gibt (kein Parken in Nebenstraßen möglich) -die Steuerung für Licht und Jalousien mittels Touchpad in der Wand ist übertrieben, dafür wäre vielleicht eine Klimaanlage statt der Ventilatoren keine schlechte Idee... -die Müllentsorgung war eine Katastrophe. Der Hausmüll in zu kaufenden Säcken war vor dem Tower ja ok, aber die Entsorgung von Glas, Plastik und Papier war in der Nähe unmöglich! Das war übel... im 2. Bad war nur eine Wanne, keine Dusche (für gehbehinderte Menschen schlecht)

The apartment was very clean and most things were provided. (Oven dish, mixer, wine opener, …) A garage is available on -1 which is very convenient and supermarkets are closeby. The city center of Locarno is easy reachable.

It is a typical rental apartment made to rent out. Don’t expect the personal touch / details you would get if the apartment is also used by own people. When we booked it was mentioned that garage etc are available. After booking we got the question if we would like garage for 30chf/night, if we would like to rent a babychair for 10chf, a baby bed for 45 chf, …. Like this I felt like the communication on price was not clear.

New, clean, well equipped and with lovey views. Very comfortable beds. Excellent proximity to local food shops and restaurants.

The SmartHome system has a few bugs!
