Die Lage ist gut. Wohnung für 2 Personen super. Aussenbereich mit Kinder sicher gut bis sehr gut. Ein Aussengrill wäre noch eine Optimierung. Ideal wäre das ganze Gebäude.

Ab 2 Personen sind die Kästen zu voll besetzt bei Ankunft. GS fehlt, sehr schlecht. Reinigung geht so, aber zu teuer. Im Herbst zu kalt. Im Globalen zu teuer, vor allem die Nebenkosten.
