This cozy one-bedroom apartment is conveniently located for visiting Locarno and all the main points of interest in Ticino. Entering, there is a large and bright living room, consisting of an area to relax, with a sofa that becomes a double bed for the night (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.), and a TV to watch a movie with friends, and the dining area with a table for 4 people, in front of the kitchen equipped with appliances and complete with everything you need. The living room overlooks the small garden, with a patio equipped with a table, chairs and umbrella for year-round enjoyment of the mild Ticino climate and outdoor dining in summer.

Completing the apartment is the master bedroom and a bathroom with shower and washing machine available to guests.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The apartment is located in Losone, a municipality in the Locarno area well served by numerous bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. Losone is only a 5-minute drive from the picturesque lakefront of Ascona and 7 minutes from Lido di Ascona. It is also only 5 minutes from Monte Verità and its Foundation, a center for congresses, meetings and cultural activities.

The city of Locarno, with its famous Piazza Grande, location of the Pardo Locarno Film Festival, the Lungolago Locarno-Muralto, its streets of stores and restaurants, its Lido and its beautiful parks, is only 8/10 minutes by car. In Locarno at the marina you can take boats to the main resorts on Lake Maggiore. In 20 minutes you can reach the Val Verzasca dam and continue with beautiful hikes to villages along the river and its crystal clear waters. Lugano can be reached in about 45 minutes by car.



How to arrive:

By car, from the A2 motorway take exit 47-Bellinzona Sud and set your GPS: you will reach the apartment in about 30 minutes.

By train, from Locarno station take bus N7 direction "Losone, Caserma" for 12 stops and get off at "Losone, Posta" stop. In 3 minutes on foot you will reach the apartment.
