A localização é muito boa, você consegue ir a pé nas atrações e no metrô o que é ajuda muito na viagem, tudo funcionou muito bem (água, eletricidade, aquecimento), as acomodações são confortáveis, o local e o prédio são seguros, os locatarios são muito atenciosos e solicitos, sugestão: ter uma cafeteira para capsulas nesspresso seria bom.
