Location,size and convenience of having a washing machine available to us.
The air conditioning was under pressure with days in the mid to late 30’s each day and we were unable to leave it running when we left the property, so it took a while to cool down.

This property was beyond beautiful, and it was the perfect location. Walking distance to the Trevi Fountain, colosseum, fantastic restaurants right out front, fruit stores, everything you need. The owner is fast, kind and friendly. With a small hiccup, she fixed it so quickly for us to not have any interruptions during our stay. The apartment was a mix or art, style and had that home feeling you live while traveling. Definitely recommend this to everyone going to Rome.

Very clean, great coffee bar, plenty of room for a family of 4. Close to restaurants and coliseum.

The location was great
We didn’t have hot water for 2 days. We communicated with the property and they said they were unable to fix it. They said they would compensate us and never did. We followed up again and they just ghosted us.
