iFlat Amazing apartment with Terrace in Monti

Localização excepcional! Perto dos principais pontos turísticos, de bons restaurantes, da estação Termini e de mercados. Apartamento grande, espaçoso e com bom aquecimento. Andrea, que fez o check-in, foi muito simpático e atencioso.

Um dos banheiros é bem pequeno e estava com vazamento no box, o que atrapalhou um pouco o uso deste banheiro. Há um bar em Rooftop próximo e podemos ouvir barulho em um dos quartos, não nos atrapalhou, mas pode incomodar quem é mais sensível a ruídos.

Heat out on half the apartment . Key hard to use

Spacious apartment in Monti area, easy walk to things. Responsive host.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor which equals 10 flights of stairs. The small lift will fit 2 people at a time. Once you reach the 4 floor, you must entered a locked gate to access your door. In all, 4 different keys from entering the building to your apartment door. The gate to the floor must be locked at all times due to a resident on that floor. Fire hazard. Walls are paper thin, resident asks that you are quiet but you can hear them all night long- along with super loud street noise. It sounds like they are in the room with you. Heat/air- you can not control. This makes for a very uncomfortable stay. Apartment was clean except for mold in showers. Bedrooms are right next to each other and adjoining, no privacy. Beds not comfortable. Living room furniture chairs broken uncomfortable to sit in. This is more like an Airbnb, no daily cleans, you get a starter pack of amenities and then you need to buy more for your stay.
