Everything was wonderful. AC in family room and master bedroom.
No AC in additional room. No spatula or cooking utensils for making breakfast

The location was great for our family.
There was no cooking utensils. No access to a broom to sweep the floor which got dusty after a couple of days. It was difficult lighting the stove with a lighter instead matches.
