The location was absolutely fantastic, close to all the major attractions while still feeling peaceful and authentic. I especially appreciated how friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable the Matteo (host) was, offering great local recommendations and making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

Location and cool in summer heat

Location is perfect, near Coliseum and a metro station. Staff was nice and recommended us restaurants and things to do.
No windows. Patio door from the kitchen has an almost broken handle and it is bended in a way that it will not isolate temperature. Bathroom also has an old door to the patio just in front of the shower with no isolaton. I would not recommend it for winter or summer. The frying pans were bended as if they were too overheated. Some other utils were not cleaned up properly and had food leftovers. We stayed for four nights and towels, soap, shampoo and toilet paper was scarce. Overpriced in general.
