The room was comfortable and the location near the center but in an alley thus not a lot of sounds from the main road. The private parking

Affordable, clean, secure.

The hotel has parking for some of the units, we got one since it was a weekday. There is a tiny coffee area, where one can order tasty coffee until 8:00 pm. The pools are warmed by a solar heat concentrator, thus they have warm water on sunny days or during daytime. we stayed there on February, and at night it can get a bit chilly, and so the pools were lukewarm. The bed was comfortable as was the shower with nice hot water and water pressure. It is very close to the Tequis center, only a couple of blocks, i think is at the perfect distance.

There is a business next door that runs some equipment at night whose humming is loud enough to be annoying. I used "white sound music" from my phone all night to cancel the other sounds. I have seen situations like these in other places, the solution would be to install double pane windows in the restrooms (where the noise intrudes the units) to stop outside noises.

El agua de las albercas no se veía muy limpia y desafortunadamente en la alberca que está pasando el estacionamiento que estaba un poco mejor, a plena luz del día había una pareja teniendo relaciones sexuales

La piscina grande tiene el agua fría, no hay restaurante para desayuno, me toco un grupo de Jovenes que hacían mucho ruido después de las 11pm en la parte superior del hotel

Céntrico pero caro para lo que ofrece en instalaciones

La ubicación

Pagamos una habitación muy cara para lo que es, la primera habitación tenía las cortinas muyyy viejas, incluso roídas, ya rotas. La ventana que daba al pasillo no se podía cerrar, le comentamos a la persona que estaba a cargo y después de revisar nos dieron otra habitación.
