Very nice garden area with the fireplace zones;

We didn´t receive the confirmed type of room (three single beds), as it was already occupied by somebody else (apparently only one room available of this sort..); the inside of the rooms has already seen better days - the rooms feel like a trip to 1980´s; if we wouldn´t ask about the breakfast, we would miss it - it´s necessary to book it the day before (as it´s ordered with an external provider); all the rooms (or at least most of them) are interconnected by a hallway inside the building, separated by a very basic door (luckily low occupancy as off the season, can´t imagine loud guests next door); a bit far away from the town, local bus passing by, but the town is app. 30 - 40 mins of walk; the preffed way of payment is a direct transfer - if we didn´t have a Mexican bank account, the reservation would be very likely cancelled without discussion; honestly, if the first message you receive from your host is "wire me at least 50 per cent of the price or we´ll cancel your reservation", that doesn´t feel really welcoming.. don´t really understand, why they simply don´t charge your card, if you can pay the rest on the site with a card..

The owner is unwelcoming, to the point of rudeness. Clearly only interested in the money - she even tried to charge me an extra 10 pesos on the taxes.

Un oasis inesperado

La casa está increíble de bella!! no te imaginas por fuera que sea así por dentro . Me sirvieron el desayuno en el hermoso jardín con árboles frutales y colibríes, y el café, no saben lo feliz que me hicieron con una prensa para mí sola. Las habitaciones super acogedoras… Fueron mis primeras noches durante mi viaje por Querétaro y ningún otro de mis alojamientos , se le puede comparar

El acceso para las habitaciones es un pasillo estrecho y escalera , incómodo únicamente para maniobrar si traes equipaje grande . Caminar al centro te puede llevar unos 20 minutos , para mí no fue problema

Solo recomendaría cambiar las luminarias para que no estuviera tan oscuro de noche.Además de una jerga para el baño, ya que el agua salpica mucho.

Queda un poco alejado del centro y se requiere automóvil para desplazarse. Si bien el hotel es PET friendly no hay un área de desayuno para poder estar con las mascotas.

El primer día que llegamos no había papel higiénico en el baño, no tienden la cama ni hacen limpieza en el cuarto y dejaron los trastes sucios del desayuno jamás fueron a recogerlos a la habitación

Es una zona tranquila y cercana al centro.

A mi salida no había ninguna persona, por lo que no pude tomar el desayuno ni entregar personalmente la habitación y la llave.

Como no pagué la mitad de la reservación tres días antes, no me respetaron la reservación. Nunca me había pasado esto al reservar un hotel.

Nos quedamos con hambre.

La habitación "grande" fue mejor que las otras.

Las habitaciones de abajo son como unas cuevitas, no tienen ventanas y eso no se aprecia en las fotos (que están muy bien tomadas). El desayuno "buffet" no era eso. Hubo chilaquiles, frijoles y sandía. Pero además no hubo para todos, así que intentaron calentar unos tamales a último momento, que no eran ni del día y ya no había nada más, nos desesperamos y nos fuimos. La señorita se ofreció a devolvernos $150 por habitación 🤷🏻

Lugar tranquilo, comodo y seguro.

Instalaciones limpias, con un diseño minimalista y sen. Excelente lugar para irse a relajar. No pudimos desayunar porque tuvimos que salir temprano, pero ya será para la próxima. La atención de Mitzi es excepcional. La zona es muy tranquila y nunca tuvimos problema alguno. No hay televisor en el cuarto y es parte de la experiencia de tranquilidad.

Esta un poco enredado el camino para llegar al hotel, pero también es parte de la experiencia. Las coladeras del baño expiden un ligero olor a drenaje.
