The lovely room was spacious, ultra clean, and right across from the main train station. Close to all activities. Any noise was like white noise, didn't keep us awake at all. Slept very well...super comfy. Elevator for luggage. Guisy and Giuseppe are exceptional hosts! They went way above and beyond. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Florence.

Very convenient location and the room was wonderful!! Very clean. Wish we could have stayed longer!
Very close the train station so it can be a bit noisy if you’re not used to that, but they do provide ear plugs. For us, being close to the train station was a positive! So it wasn’t an issue for us!!

The room was very clean, the bathroom was large, and the staff were beautiful and polite, with fluent English. The only downside was that it was a bit rough.
