Lovely stay in Florence with this clean and convenient hotel.

The location was very nice—a short walk to all of the tourist sites and also the train station. The staff spoke great English and were very welcoming. The room and bathroom were clean.

There was construction going on in the building that woke us up at 7am everyday. Also be aware that this hotel is right next to the train station and it is very loud. This isn’t the hotel’s fault, and they do provide earplugs, but if you’re a light sleeper the earplugs won’t be enough.

some noise from outside room on the main street side at night - not unexpected given the location on the main road. at times, some seedy looking characters around the street entrance, but we had no problems from them.

Literally across the road from the train station and only a short walk to major tourist spots. Room was lovely, bathroom great. Breakfast was well catered and staff were friendly and welcoming.

Exceptional room and Excellent location!

I loved this hotel and will definitely stay here again if it makes sense to do so! The room was large with soaring ceilings, and the bed was super comfortable! The breakfast was just exceptional (few but high quality selections). The presentation was stellar and everything was either in a glass container or stainless steel. Very impressive! The staff members were all extremely friendly, kind, and helpful! Most importantly, it is located right across from the main train station and close to everything.

I wish the bath had fixed walls to prevent water from getting on the floor during showers, since there is not a standalone shower. The room got hot at night and so we opened the windows, but it unfortunately got noisy due to the proximity from a major street/train station. With the windows shut, the room was very quiet! Also, the comforter had what appeared to be a blood stain on the end which we only uncovered after untucking it.

Perfect stay! The best.

I went to 5 cities in Italy and this is the best stay we’ve had. Reasonably priced, great property. I feel safe and comfortable. Very accessible to places such as museums and churches. Just situated across the train station, literally a minute walk to it. Brilliant staff, very accommodating. I feel cared for. I even left my bracelet and had to arrange for it to be delivered to my country and they still assist me with it.

Heavy traffic area. Restaurant below cleaned grease traps on our last evening. Smell was terrible and the noise of the pumps went from 3am till 5am.

I would stay at 7Florence again without hesitation.

We liked the cleanliness of the place, and the room was very quiet. The room and the bathroom were spacious. Everyone was courteous and eager to help, The B&B was in a very central location, walking distance to all the main attractions in Florence. If you're getting to the city by train this is the perfect place to avoid dragging your luggage around the city.

7Florence is a Bed& Breakfast. Do not expect a lobby to sit and chat but it serves it's purpose in an excellent way.

Location was super close to the main metro station so it was super easy to get to. McDonalds downstairs open 24/7 and KFC as well. Super close walk to all the main attractions in Florence. Our room had a view of the Basilica so it was amazing.

We loved the location close to the train station, bus and trams. Supermarket and eateries near by - laundromats everywhere in walking distance! Secure safe location, welcoming staff and clean tidy and comfortable one bed apartment. Bed and pillows 9/10

Lovely room and great staff

Its lovely and clean, staff are polite and helpful, very easy to get to as well being about a minute walk from the train station. They provide a great breakfast as well, I also had the best food of all the locations we visited this trip (the florentine steak) and the best gellato in a place called La Carraia

The noise at night time when going to sleep. Now the hotel does provide ear plugs which do help and they can't control the outside noise so not their fault. It is a busy city after all.

The room exceeded my expectations

The room was so cozy and wide. There was a tub, though too much water to waste. Even though there is a fast food restaurant below, and the train station in front, the room was quiet.

The instructions for connecting to the WiFi were not clear and there was not way to change the language to the programs.

Great location, close to train station as we arrived from Naples. Easy walk into Florence’s main attractions. Very comfortable bed with blockout shutters. Slept like a baby, staff were very friendly and accommodating also. Great value for money!

Great location.clean and comfortable stay with friendly staffs

The staffs were all very helpful and very friendly making our stay much more pleasant and comfortable. The location is great, in walking distance from everything.

I would recommend to have more instructions on how to get there with a car or taxi like where should be a proper drop off area to make the experience more seamless. We had difficulties of finding the way to drive to the front of the hotel where the Google maps were taking us around town to the under construction road. We eventually managed to stop a couple of blocks away with some hassle of honking when we had to get our luggage’s out. Proper and clear instructions would make this an excellent experience with no problem at all. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great value near train station.

Very clean room, excellent bed, air condition, bathroom. So easy to get to from train station. Elevator in the building. Excellent full breakfast in cute modern room. Front desk and breakfast staff were very helpful. Suite was locked for safety.

A bit confusing which floor hotel is on. Sticker in lift pointing to button would be helpful. Need Signage on all exits and entrances to suite.

Amazing location, train direct from the airport direct. Main train station for ongoing travel across the road. Close to centre of town, easy to walk to shops and local attractions and the other side of the river. Staff were friendly and helpful with lots of recommendations / information.

Convenient and beautiful small hotel/b&b!

It has been beautifully upgraded and was surprisingly quiet and calm given that it is right at the train station piazza. The breakfast was generous and the staff very helpful.

Breakfast was 14 Euros each! Although rooms were beautiful there was no attention at all to having real art on the walls. It is such a bonus when there is art by local artists. It doesn't have to be expensive and I thought what was there was sterile, not art at all. This diminishes the feeling of the place.

It feels so homey. I like the interior of the room and high ceiling, it gives you a feel like home vibe. Viola the one in charge to receive guestwas very helpful to us and her recommendation of restaurant was superb . The owner and Alex were too accomodating too.

One of the best places to stay in Florence.

One of the best places we stayed in Europe. Excellent location close to station and hassle free. It was a family room and very neat and clean rooms. Highly recommended - We felt like home. I’m also particularly impressed how they reached out to me and provided clear instructions to checkin when we were arriving late.

Great location, well furnished, spacious.

Fantastic location just next to Florence SMN station. Clean and comfy room in good size (got the junior suite). Staff very helpful and gave good dining suggestions.

My girls' twin room had more furniture which offered better functionality. Mine was facing the courtyard which was a lot quieter. For people who are sensitive to noise, it could be an issue as it's right next to main road.

Excellent location close to the train station although noise can be an issue (hotel do provision ear plugs). The cleanliness of the room was exceptional and the room had a high end, modern feel. Staff on reception were extremely welcoming and helpful - thank you. Really enjoyed the breakfast each morning.

Excellent location and great staff

Really nice property right next to the Santa Maria Novella train station. A short stroll to the Centro Storico. Interiors are very modern and spacious. The staff are fantastic. Very helpful and friendly and speak brilliant English.

The AC isn’t very good. The room gets very stuffy. The staff provided a fan to help but really shouldn’t require that.
