Guest House Ilinden

Hartelijk ontvangen door Katia (spreekt ook Frans) en haar man in hun groot en karakteristiek huis. Zonder probleem gaf Katia ons een andere kamer met een beter zicht op de bergen. Ook genoten van het ontbijt met o.a. huisgemaakt lekkers en de interessante conversaties. Prima ligging: op 5 minuten stappen ben je in het gezellige oude centrum van Bansko. De wagen zelf bleef intussen veilig staan achter de grote houten poort van de B&B.

Breakfast was really good and tailored to whatever we wanted. Zhivomir could not have been more helpful and accommodating.

Wonderful hosts, they greeted us and showed us to the rooms, the rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. As expected, the breakfasts were punctual and delicious, fresh and warm, homemade peach jam was incredible on toast. We were served fresh coffee and they were kind enough to also recommend places around Bansko to visit, that we did and were impressed, they are very kind and helpful people. The guesthouse is well taken care of and cosy. Beautiful views on the mountains and the location is close to the center with wonderful food and markets. We will definitely be visiting again, Thank you!
