Superb

Walking in the door a little early, we were warmly welcomed by the staff at the front desk and offered something to drink: a glass of sekt, some juice or water. We were checked in and told about the hotel. We had a family room that was perfect for our needs. Separate bedroom, plus an outer room with sofa bed. Beautiful view from the balcony. Our days started with a wonderful breakfast. Great variety of food and nice service. If you are there for skiing, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Plenty of places to eat in town, but these days, be sure to get a reservation early. The pool was very nice and the view from the pool area was magnificent! Very nice sauna area with one sauna for families (great for kids and those who might be a little more modest) and a super sauna area for adults, with about 6 types of saunas to choose from. Already looking forward to our next visit! Definitely want to be repeat customers.

I wish I'd have known that they have a partnership with one of the ski rental places in town before I arrived. We booked our gear online before we left home. The one they work with looked like a really nice store. Smaller, but the help there seemed super nice and the equipment seemed first rate. The store we went with was more of an assembly line. I also wish the saunas were open earlier. They open at 2, which is fine for skiers. But if you're just there hiking, and have to meet the kids at ski school at 3, you're probably getting to the hotel about 4 or 4:30 and going to dinner at 6. So the window of opportunity to enjoy the saunas (and there are several types to choose from), is almost non-existent.

Frühstück und Abendessen waren von sehr guter Qualität und die große Auswahl perfekt. Das Personal war herzlich und freundlich. Der Wellnessbereich äußerst ansprechend.

Das Bett hätte etwas bequemer sein können.

Das Hotel ermöglicht Wohlfühlmomente und Entspannungsurlaub!

Das Frühstück hatte eine hervorragende und regionale Auswahl, kein Wunsch blieb offen. Der Service war dazu auch sehr freundlich und herzlich. Abends im Restaurant gibt es wechselnde hochwertige Gerichte, die immer sehr lecker waren. Zudem wird eine große Weinauswahl angeboten. Wir haben uns auf der Sonnenterrasse mittags mit Suppe und Kuchen stärken können. Das Ambiente im Hotel, Wellnessbereich, Restaurant und im Zimmer ist sehr einladend, warm, traditionell und zugleich modern. Der Wellnessbereich lädt zum Entspannen ein! Zudem befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle direkt "vor der Tür", sodass man viele Bergstationen (inkl. Pass während des Aufenthalts) erreichen kann.

Es war alles wunderbar! Ein kleiner Wunsch wäre noch ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer, optional. :)

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub in einem familiär geführten Hotel

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Urlaub im Hotel Leitner. Das Hotel wird familiär geführt, was man in jedem Detail spürt. Alles war sehr herzlich und einladend. Das Personal war überaus freundlich. Am Donnerstag Abend gibt es Live-Musik vom Chef persönlich mit seinen Musikfreunden. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das reichhaltige und leckere Frühstück mit vielen tollen Brotsorten und vielen regionalen Produkten. Auch das Abendessen war einfach nur hervorragend und der Blick beim Essen in die Berglandschaft einmalig. Herzlichen Dank an die Familie Leitner für diesen schönen Urlaub.

Bei größerem Wahrheitsgehalt der Booking.com Aussagen hätten wir dieses wunderschöne Hotel gemieden.

Umbuchung problemlos (s.u.), allerdings mit Mehrkosten verbunden. Die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals war außergewöhnlich und war nie aufgesetzt. Die gesamte Infrastruktur des Hotels war ungewöhnlich positiv (Reinigungspersonal, Saunalandschaft; Entfernung zu Bergstationen und Bushaltestelle...

Laut Angaben sollten alle Zimmer des Hotels einen Balkon haben. Diese Aussage stimmte nicht in unserem Fall. Die Erreichbarkeit der Zimmer im dritten Stock ist mit Gepäck für Gäste unseren Alters mühsam.

En riktigt bra start på vår semester!

Ett av de bästa alphotell vi bott på. Allt var superbra, lätt att parkera, lätt att ladda bilen, underbart vänlig och hjälpsam personal, tyst, lugnt och ett riktigt bra spa. Vi hade poolen helt för oss själva bägge dagarna vi bodde på hotellet. Trevlig bar och mycket bra mat.

Großartiges Hotel zum Ausspannen - in perfekter Lage für Aktivurlaub!

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, es gab eine wunderbare Auswahl an regionalen und internationalen Leckereien. Der Spa ist geräumig und hat tolle Saunen und ein großes Schwimmbar mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge.

TRAUMURLAUB

Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist an so viel gedacht, dass man sich immer wieder freut, noch mehr Service und Leckereien on top zu genießen. Das Frühstück ist traumhaft gut und die Flexibilität, dass man am Abend nicht ein komplettes Menü buchen muss, sondern flexibel entscheiden kann, was man essen möchte, ist wunderbar. Ein Lob an den Koch des Hauses….hier wird sehr exquisit und hochwertig gekocht. Ein vollkommener Genuss. Direkt vor dem Hotel liegt die Bushaltestelle. Diese ist auch gut zu nutzen, denn der Bus fährt im 10 Minutentakt und bringt die Gäste durch das Tal.
