Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr üppig und gut. Das Hotel liegt zentral. Bushaltestelle ist fast vor der Haustüre. Die Kanzelwandbahn ist bequem zu Fuß in ca 10 Min zu erreichen. Das Personal von Hotel und Restourant ist sehr freundlich.
Die Ruheplätze im Saunabereich sind etwas knapp bemessen.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sowohl am Empfang als auch im Restaurant. Die neu renovierten Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich gestaltet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt.

Sauberes Haus, großer Balkon. Sehr freundliche Restaurantchefin. Gutes, sehr vielfältiges Frühstück.
Das Zimmer und das Bad haben eine veraltete Einrichtung. Ausserhalb des Zimmers keine weiteren Aufenthaltsgelegenheiten, denn das angeschlossene Restaurant steht natürlich nur zu den Mahlzeiten zur Verfügung. Die kleine Sitzgruppe im Eingangsbereich ist natürlich viel zu wenig für das große Haus (ca. 30 Zimmer). Es ist eher eine große Pension an der Hauptstraße in Riezlern, ein 3-Sterne-Hotel haben wir nicht gesehen.
