La Neffola Residence

Great location and lovely pool to use in the next door camp site including good wifi at the pool. Nice pool restaurant for simple meals. The bedroom was a good size and had lots of plates, bowls and glasses to use and full size fridge including a small freezer. Can use clothes washer at campsite at €8 for large wash which included washing powder. There is a back locked gate which you gat a key too which made it very easy to get into sorrento and supermarket was a 15 min easy walk.

The wifi at the room would often disconnect. Needed to ask for something to dry clothes and towels on.

We really enjoyed our stay. Location was good for accessing Sorrento town. Owner was happy and helpful to offer help with local restaurants, recommendations etc. the pool was brilliant. We enjoyed food from the restaurant.

The room was quite dated and dark. We did find the air con loud- and we needed it on at night. I think for a 4 night stay, a quick clean of the room/ refresh of towels would have been nice.

Misunderstanding when booking 1 bed apartment for 4 adults. Staff very helpful and kind allowing change in accommodation booking which was greatly appreciated. Thank you

The property is pretty and has its own private entrance close to town

The property is inside the camping area and although you pay as a private residence you have to share facilities (pool, restaurant) with the camping. When going to the pool we had to.cross the entire camping, nothing against campers, but I don' like camping and did not expect the property to be located in one. The property is not maned, so there was no one there when we arrived, had to call the number in booking.com twice and o ly then someone came to greet us. The A/C is very noisy and bot too efficient. The room felt very humid. The patio has the feeling of not being very well taken care of. The best was not very comfy. The bathroom has very limited toiletries.
