We absolutely loved everything about the hotel. The views are stunning, the rooms are beautiful and spotless, and the whole place feels very elegant and relaxing. The staff really made our stay – everyone was so friendly, welcoming and attentive. A special thank you to Vittoria, Lauren, Rossella, Francesco and Nando (assistant maître d’) who were all fantastic. Breakfast each morning was excellent with plenty of choice, and the food overall was delicious.
Honestly, there was very little to fault. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Great for a couple or friends to stay in Sorrento, beautiful view because of the location in the hill. Excellent and warm waiters in the restaurant and bar.
Nothing. Just an advice if the hotel can add one return shuttle bus during the noon break between 12 am and 3 pm would be nice!

great hotel shuttle to downtown sorrento many shuttle times which helped! the lounge outdoors was nice but a bit of older crowd. Breakfast was good! we checked in very late and the gentlemen working the bar was kind and let us order club sandwiches which were delicious! overall good stay for the price
felt a tiny bit out dated but was good value for the price and location , i was so sad the pool and jacuzzi closed so early as it rained most of the trip and we really didn’t get to use the pool in evenings when it finally was nice so that was disappointing
