wonderful view. Breakfast was perfect and parking was really easy.
our shower wasn t working and staff couldn t work it out. they offered us a change of room at 10 30 pm when we where in bed (to a worst room that smelled horrible). We didnt want to move, we were tired after a long journey. although we put the “ do not disturb” sign in the door they keep calling and coming to our room!!!!
we finaly chose to stay with the almost cold shower and disconected the telephone so we could rest and stop talking with the staff about the shower.
they worked the problem out the day before we were leaving.
the worst part of all was that they never apologized or even try us to be happy during our stay.
really we never felt welcome and took all our showers cold except the last one!!! So far, not the kind of stay we expected in a five star hotel.
i don t want to forget to tell that they asked for a csncellation of the stay 2 days before and don t manage the authomatic payment by booking.com website.
it was really a problem because we had to speak to our bank to authorice the payment if not they cancelled the booking. The link they send was never working .
really no more words for this stay.
