We had a great stay. The hotel has beautiful views and we could see Mt. Vesuvius across the bay of Naples from our bed. The included breakfast had a nice selection of pastries and some fruit, and the espresso was good too. The staff was very helpful.
Only (minor) downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the main part of Sorrento. It's an 8 minute bus ride to the station while buses are running, or a €30 taxi. But not a big deal either way.

Absolutely stunning! Very accommodating staff, super friendly, very helpful. Room was amazing. We had a huge patio overlooking the sea about a 20 minute walk to the main Piazza or front desk was very helpful in getting a taxi. However, taxi fee was about €25 to get to the main Piazza. The private beach was beautiful and the restaurants food was exceptional! We will definitely return!

The room has a small balcony with sea view, I wish the window can be bigger .
30mins walk to pier. If u want sea view hotel in sorrento, I think this one is reasonable in terms of price

The hotel’s Wi-Fi was not usable. I think the signal was too far, but nothing could be done about it. The service was also not very impressive.
