Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight from start to finish. The staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, always going out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. Their warm hospitality truly elevated the entire experience.

What truly stood out was the availability of an on-call chef who could prepare any kind of breakfast on request, making it a personalized and indulgent start to the day. Everything about the Bristol Hotel was exceptional. The location, the view, the staff, the food, the room. The bar tender was exceptional and staff in the restaurant was phenomenal. Because November is the "off" season, the hotel was not full and therefore the pool and some other amenities were not available, it was still a wonderful experience.
There was nothing to complain about.

Lots of big UK tour groups staying and catering was for English tastes
Rooms have been lovely in the past but quite tired and need updating, few electric points and charging points
