Appalling, filthy, smelly!!
We arrived at this hotel but did not stay as when we arrived the whole place, inside the room and outside the room was filthy and it stunk. I have already messaged booking.com about this and had no reply. If this hotel has got no hygiene standards how are we meant to feel that they have the correct safety standards in place. Absolutely appalling that you at booking.com even advertise this property. As stated before I expect to be fully reimbursed as we had to pay again for another hotel. I expect to hear back from you ASAP!!

It was safe, clean but very uncomfortable due to the freezing room temperature

The room was freezing cold, unable to close the sliding bathroom door due to being dislodged / stuck and the TV was only functioning in black and white.

Some of it looked old but not well maintained
No staff on site, no restaurant no breakfast. One towel for a couple staying, looks like room we set up for students
