Le cadre est magnifique, juste au bord du lac. Voyant que je ne parlais pas vraiment italien, le personnel a su s'adapter. Les chambres sont propres et fonctionnelles. La gare située juste en face facilite les voyages en transports publics.
Seul petit bémol qui tient du détail, la brosse des toilettes mériterait d'être remplacée. Rien de catastrophique, tout le reste était parfait.
