Problem with air condition in 2 rooms not solved

The location is absolutely stunning with beautiful lake and mountain views. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Most importantly, the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Margherita, who was exceptional and provided outstanding service throughout our stay.

We were ripped off!! We booked 3 nights and they took the £2,300 and then dropped the price to £1,300 for the same room, same nights. We understand dynamic pricing but the hotel was at low occupancy and £300 per night difference is a con. It’s very difficult to be constructive when you feel totally robbed. We were not aware also of the train and dual carriageway less than 100m from back of hotel and pool. In fairness you cannot hear the noise inside with window closed but on the balcony that’s all you can hear . I am not sure why nobody else has mentioned this . Air conditioning did not work effectively. At no point could we get the room below 25.5 at night. Ridiculous, could not sleep. Margarita on reception is fantastic and I know the staff felt awkward about us being charged so much On our last night we ate In the bar. Nobody told us we could do this. It was excellent !! Tell people when they arrive. The GM clearly avoided us after we complained. The reception staff put the complaint forward but we have heard nothing . I will be taking further action.

La vista, sudata dopo 90’ di discussioni

Soggiorno purtroppo deludente e ben distante dalle aspettative. La camera che avevamo prenotato con vista lago si è rivelata, in realtà, una stanza al primo piano con vista su un fabbricato, senza alcuna corrispondenza con quanto garantito in fase di prenotazione. Dopo un viaggio di quattro ore, la collega Maria ci ha assistiti con evidente difficoltà: solo dopo lunghe discussioni siamo riusciti ad ottenere una stanza con la vista richiesta, ma con una metratura pari alla metà di quella pagata e un valore economico nettamente inferiore rispetto all’importo corrisposto. Una soluzione che, di fatto, non ha compensato il disagio iniziale. Al nostro arrivo, inoltre, il ristorante risultava interamente riservato e non disponibile agli ospiti, senza alcun preavviso, contrariamente a quanto ci si aspetta da una struttura di questo livello. La colazione, infine, si è avvicinata più a quella di un B&B che a un hotel della categoria dichiarata. Al momento del check-out, ci saremmo aspettati comprensione, tatto e un minimo di attenzione per i disagi subiti. Invece, ci siamo trovati di fronte a un atteggiamento scostante e poco empatico, che ha ulteriormente peggiorato l’esperienza complessiva. Un soggiorno che, purtroppo, definiremmo un’autentica follia, lontano dagli standard di qualità e professionalità che ci erano stati promessi.
