OK, but not great.

Convenient location

Only offered one water bottle for two people for our three night stay. They did provide a couple more upon request. couldn’t cool the room down despite AC on full 24 hours a day. Loud next to road.

A great stay option for anyone looking to spend quality time in Mexico City, especially foreigners!

I loved the stay experience at the Holiday Inn. The hotel is has all the basic amenities and the room has a plenty of space. The staff were extremely polite and helpful! There are enough staff members that can understand and respond in English.

It would’ve been nice to have the option of connecting a laptop or a mobile device to the smart TV. The instructions provided didn’t seem to work out. Anyways that’s an extra :)

Un excelente lugar para descansar y prepararse para juntas o arreglar trabajos en la ciudad

El personal es sumamente atento y está dispuesto a solucionar cualquier problema que uno tenga. La comida es buena. la limpieza impecable y tienen un montón de productos de cortesía que facilitan las cosas. Las toallas de buen tamaño y en cantidades suficientes. Las almohadas están perfectas.

El colchón es demasiado blando para mi, pero soy una persona con mucho sobrepeso y estoy acostumbrado a dormir en colchones duros.
