practical , cheap not too comfy but works for something not previsible

Breakfast is way too simple, 3 - 4 different dishes and that's it, bending machine for juice and regular coffee, if you are not staying more than 1 or 2 days is ok. Location is good for activities you wanna do in the city, but streets around the hotel doesn't seem very illuminated so gives the impression of unsafely.

Was a room with tow beds for 4 people and I didn't realize the size of the beds, so be careful about the room specifications. In the lobby, the hostess said it was reserved for 3 persons not 4 (which is not true, the confirmation was for 4 persons) and had additional fee for this issue. Finally if you asked for and paid for 4 persons, at least be careful with the Towels (room had only 2) they need to pay attention for this details.

Not a good experience. Was expecting something better in terms of space and overall staff service

Probably the not so bad thing about the property is the location, which is somewhat centric

- parking comes at an extra cost and the number of spaces “reserved” for the hotel are very few and since the hotel is part of a shopping mall available parking spaces are not so close to the elevator that can take you to the hotel - breakfast not always started on time, but the service ended as communicated during check in so you had to rush if for any reason you couldn’t get to the dining area early enough. Also the staff seemed to have some organizing/planning issues as most of the time when one or more of the dishes had run out it took them a while to replenish them - there were a couple of days when we returned to the room late in the afternoon and we found the door unlocked - the rooms are very small and so is the shower which makes it hard for someone my size to comfortably get a shower, also the door of the shower didn’t prevent the water from leaking into the rest of the bathroom and to top it all the tank of the bathroom seat had a water leakage which was reported to the front desk but whatever repair was done didn’t fix the issue 100%

Good except the reception and housekeeper

Some staff not so polite, in reception and the housekeeper did not wanted to give toilet paper! Just one , and if I was sick obviously I needed more !!! The guys from the kitchen were very polite and kind

Great location, it was nice to have breakfast too. The hotel is really clean, and comfortable.

Location is excellent and the complimentary breakfast is decent. Rooms, however, are too basic. Booking.com should note that rooms don't have queen beds (they're double beeds) although they advertise them as queen. The price is on the higher end for a hotel offering rooms with such few amenities.

I like this Hotel, from long time ago, is so comfortable , plus has everything in one place, stores and restaurants, no need to go to another location for this convenient and necessary steps, specially is you travel with family, this time like the way we were received by Belen the nice girl in reception, I hope that I got her name right ! very pleasant and listened and gave the rooms according to our needs thanks again,

Everything was good, but only , maybe the lighting on the floors? early was any outside the rooms, no big thing, maybe was one time thing, but when is dark you get a sensation of being lost, well that is my opinion nothing bad.
