Noisy aisles, people screaming early, dogs barking at night from inside the appartments. I didn't like the XL shared pillow on the bed, I would have rather 2 individual pillows.

A comfortable and refreshing stay in a prime location with great service.

The suites were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, close to restaurants and parks. Staff was friendly and attentive, and the green wall and open design made the space feel fresh and relaxing.

The Wi-Fi connection was sometimes inconsistent.

It's good and do hope to stay here again

It's really a good place to stay and get relaxed, with a big table in the suite, we can have dinner together, and had a lot of fun here, really enjoyed. Staffs are warm hearted and helped me with my delivery, however, do hope they can speak english better then we can communicate better.

Good suite-style hotel

We liked the apartment-style setup of this hotel which included a full kitchen, dining area, living room, etc. It was comfortable. We were traveling with our cat so we appreciated that they accepted animals for a small fee (200 MX pesos) and even had a utility area where we could put the litter box. Everything was clean and they arranged an airport pick up (big van) to pick us up with all our luggage (750 MX pesos since we had a lot of luggage). Staff was helpful and breakfast was included in the rate which was good before we traveled. Nice Italian restaurant across the street that delivered.

The room didn't stay very dark and we were bothered every time the automatic hallway lights came on and lit up the entire room. Also, the lights from the modem on the ceiling illuminated the whole room when lights turned off. Lastly, there was a sign in the kitchen saying they charged an extra fee to WASH DISHES. What? This is really unacceptable - are they going to start charging cleaning fees like Airbnb?? Cleaning fee for the dishes? Cleaning fee for the bathroom? Cleaning fee for making the bed?? And then they even have an envelope where you can tip your cleaning person. So you're going to charge me extra for cleaning a dirty dinner plate and then also expect me to tip your cleaning people??? This was enough for me to say that I will never stay at this property again. This is a hotel, I should not be charged extra because I actually utilize the amenities and services of the hotel.

Comfortable and pleasantly surprised as we opened the doors to a beautiful apartment.

The suite is very spacious and clean. Very comfortable. Definitely more than expected. The breakfast is simple but good to start your day.

The lady in charge of the breakfast area was a bit rude. Seemed in a bad mood and watching over how much waffle mix used or anticipating things we were not doing.

Exceptional

Pennsylvania Suites is the Best Service apartment in terms of location and Cleaniness. Its maintaining the same good standard always ,i visited in 2017 along with my family and again i stayed in 2022 i could not find anything bad in them. The receptionist is very accomdating and we liked the room service they helped us to shift all our luggages from the cab to the room it was a big relief especially after a long tiresome Journey.

Beds super comfortable, nice bathrooms, space in general, is very good, dining room, living room, location is safe and perfect. Birds are too much noise for me. Breakfast is ok not the best. I will work on that. No AC

Great option if you need to be in or around Napoles in CDMX!

The room/suite was massive. It's truly like a small, one bedroom apartment, since it does have a completely separate bedroom, and a small, but complete kitchen. It was exactly what I needed for this stay! The location was decent too. I needed to be in that particular part of Mexico City, so from that perspective, and for this trip, it was perfect. There are plenty of restaurants around as well, which is great if you need to stay for a while. I also liked that they had a gym.

The breakfast was totally basic. There is no restaurant in the hotel, so the breakfast is just cereal, some pastries, a few cold cuts and slices of cheese, and some little pots of yogurt. For drinks you have a choice of coffee, milk or orange juice. Still... it's better than no breakfast at all, so I won't complain! It was nice to have the option.

Great apartment accommodation in a lovely area in Mexico City.

The location was ideal. We had 12 from a 3 generational family, and so took 3 no 2 bedroom suites which worked well. The green wall looked great from the balconies. The staff were very accommodating. Lupita cleaned our rooms well. Reception staff were helpful.

Weekend breakfast started at 8, we had to depart at 7.30 am!

La ubicación, la tranquilidad. El departamento cumplió con la descripción, amplio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para una estadía en familia y mascotas.

Que reclamaran la entrega de la habitación antes de la hora publicada en Booking. Indicaron que debía entregarla a las 12.00 p.m. cuando el check out es a las 13.00 horas. Que al momento de ingresar con mi familia a retirar nuestro equipaje para hacer el check out, la recepcionista preguntara si estábamos hospedados en el hotel, en circuntancias que estábamos alojando desde el domingo 28. Revisen y cumplan con las condiciones ofrecidas en el momento de la reserva, en lugar de interrogar a los huéspedes como si la falta fuera del cliente.
