Looks more luxurious than it was

The hotelroom was clean, and you had the option to get room cleaning every day. The room was spacious. The staff tried to help me despite me not speaking Spanish. I could check in at 4am, which was very nice. Communication with the hotel was easy through whatsapp too. T

I notified them about my dietary preference beforehand for breakfast and was told it was arranged. The first morning, I find out it was not. They tried to accomodate me better the next morning, but the lack of knowledge on diets was evident. The breakfast was not worth it for me. There were no coffee pods in my room, so I couldn't even use the coffee maker. The shower was not hot and the pressure was weak.

A warm welcoming stay and excellent food by Angie Tapia and Juan Ramires

The best aspect of the hotel were the breakfasts prepared by Angie Tapia and Juan Ramires. They were so friendly and welcoming to us, we felt completely at home. Enjoying their food and company on the terrace in the fresh air and sun was a great way to start each day. We also enjoyed the gym on the top floor, with nice views of Mexico City.

Small things which could be improved: the shower sprayed in all directions and drained very slowly, and only one of our two key cards worked at a time.

The upstairs bedroom is a little hard to reach. The stairs are complicated to use. The bathroom is kind of slippery and could be dangerous for ederly people.

Overall, it was a great location, nice apartment and the breakfast included was very convenient.

The fact that is an apartment and has a kitchen and living room makes it very spacious and comfortable. The complementary breakfast was very nice.

The shower door was a problem to close and keep it steady so the water was coming out and the drain of the shower was getting plugged as well. It needs a bit of a renovation in that area.

Apparently from the last time I stayed to this one , the building doesn’t have good care , the WiFi is really slow, TVs doesn’t have the latest software or they don’t really check , there’s not blow dryer, lamps were broken and didn’t work, staff was meh!

It was a good stay overall. Comfortable and silent. Neighborhood Napoles is very convenient place.

It was a clean hotel. They cleaned the room everyday. Separate kitchen with livingroom was awesome. I stayed in room 302. There was no noise coming from outside. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. You need to order in Spanish though :) Overall, it is a recommended hotel.

Internet was very weak in the bedroom. But it was ok in the livingroom. Shower hot water comes very late. So you lose water while waiting hot water. In addition, it was not easy to adjust the desired water temperature.

Good location. Spaced apartment, which is good. Good forniture, confortable beed. Kitchen is well equipped. Good housekeeping. Good service in overall.

Many non-operating/non-functional items in the room: One of the reading light does not turn on, the door of the shower does not close, beds are sliding over its base, the safety locker was not attached to the wall/cabinet and it was free to carry, etc.

The location is good, the town center is very close and WTC. The rooms are very spacious, more like a flat with all the commodities.

The breakfast is VERY POOR! Do not pay extra to include in your stay, Best to have outside, plenty bars around the area.

Disappointing - would not return

Good location

Key appliances in the bedroom including the safe, telephone and hairdryer were not working. This was reported to reception on the first day of our stay and they were only able to resolve the issue with the hairdryer and did not offer any further support on the outstanding issues or offer to move us to another room given we were staying for 4 nights. As other reviewers have mentioned, the air conditioning unit in the bedroom is extremely noisy and we found that it it disturbed our sleep every night to the extent that we chose to switch it off and suffer the heat to get some peace and quiet. Despite multiple reviewers commenting on this and the hotel saying they were looking into it, it has not been resolved. The shower is very basic without anywhere to place any toiletries which all had to be left on the floor. The presence and attentiveness of hotel staff was limited with nobody around to help with bags upon arrival or departure. The balcony on each floor is very low which I would flag as a safety concern to anyone travelling with children.

The perfect place to enjoy a trip to Mexico City

The free breakfast included with the reservation was awesome! even when the portions are not really big, is more that enough to start the day. The sauna and the jacuzzi are such an amazing experience, you can tell the staff when you are planing to use them, and they will have everything prepared. The lobby is very nice and the terrace is really comfortable!

the gym was a little bit dirty.... is more that obvious the lack of use for part of the guests, but that doesn't mean that shouldn't be clean in a regular basis
