Affordable place to stay, very clean with a comfortable bed and good shower, great value for money for the price, good central location in Portree close to shops, restaurants and bars
Not many things I didnt like, would of liked instructions on how to work the electric radiator as it got cold at night, also our room was on the ground floor right next to the front door, heard other guest coming in and out all night, maybe look at the door closers so the doors close a little softer, again was great value for money, does what it says on the tin, clean and tidy and good sized room and comfy bed

The Northern Scots live in humble property. There no ostentatious displays of wealth and power via room sizes. In this particular property ‘Coolin View’ the renter will immediately be confronted with the humble size; big enough to fit a bed with no more than a few feet of maneuverability between bed and wall. Everything is modern, clean, unscuffed, well installed, the shower is well sealed, the window is new technology, the locks work well, the customer service is prompt but firm. Overall a well run property, with no extras, but frankly you wont need them.
My wife and I are petit-bourgeoisie and felt the inner spoiled child cry out that the rooms weren’t bigger. We quickly swallowed our spoiled spirit. We slept well and enjoyed our stay. Only suggestion for improvement is to upgrade the pillows.

room 2, view on a wall, at 50cm, small, very small shower, expensive for such a room. not enough parking, no personal contact . cash cow.
