Very dated. The whole place could do with a total revamp, but I cannot see that happening, seeing as Alencon is not very tourist friendly with very little French culture and too many kebab style fast food joints.

Friendly proprietor. Warm and comfortable room. Good breakfast.

Bit dated. No proper restaurant facilities since Covid. Neighbouring rooms tend to be noisy- especially the strange toilet flushing mechanisms.

I got into serious trouble with my car and the proprietor, who likes to be known as Gigi, was extraordinarily helpful and with the help of his friend across the road made it possible for me to continue across the Channel. I could not be more grateful.

The locasion was Good near the train station. But it is a small town so I suggest everybody to look for another hotel !

The breakfast was a joke Because our early leave we asked for the possibility to get a take away breakfast. No problem... We received a plastic shoppingbag with cups marmalade, butter and 3 lumps of bread. Not even a battle of water came with it. But we paid 15,- euro each! The slogan above the entrance FREE WIFI ...it doesn't work.

Cet hôtel à besoin d'un sérieux nettoyage et de travaux pour qu'il soit aux normes d'un 2 étoiles

La fenêtre de la salle de bain dont une des vitres était remplacée depuis très très longtemps par un carton et l'aérateur sur l'autre vitre étaient d'une saleté repoussante ainsi que la porte de la salle de bain, crasseuse. Comment expliquer cela alors que la chambre était correcte et dotée d'une literie confortable et très propre. Vraiment dommage.

On y dort bien, mais c'est tout

La literie était plutôt agréable, ce qui est déjà bien.

Mais l'aménagement n'est pas terrible, c'est mal entretenu, des défauts un peu partout, des ampoules qui ne marchent plus, des tringles qui tiennent avec du scotch, pas de pression dans la douche. Fenêtre en très mauvais état, j'imagine une nuit en hiver. Sans parler des fautes de goût niveau déco, mais ça c'est subjectif. Bref. Ça mériterait d'être 2 fois moins cher au moins.

Idéal pour une halte afin de visiter Alençon et son sanctuaire.

Proche du centre à pied, flexibilité pour l'heure d'arrivée, place de parking à proximité, chambre confortable. L'hôtelier m'a par ailleurs attribué une grande chambre pour nous permettre, à moi et une amie ne logeant pas dans l'hôtel, de nous changer pour un mariage.

Quelques finitions laissant à désirer dans la salle de bain, usure et ecaillement visibles sur les murs du couloir.

L accueil de l hôtelier, aimable. L établissement très propre et le petit déjeuner très bien ,copieux.

A 18h30 ,l hôtel était fermé heureusement j avais pu récupérer la clé en fin de matinée. Pas de possibilité pour manger le soir . Beaucoup de bruit ,l hôtel étant situé en plein carrefour. Douche froide. Petite télévision avec télécommande à revoir : son. Prix un peu cher... Pas de ventilateur !

J’ai aimé le chaleureux accueil, avoir une bouilloire dans ma chambre, un bon sèche cheveux aussi. La literie propre et très confortable.

Les meubles de salle de bain sont en fin de vie. La douche a peu de débit.
