Perfect place and a nice break from hotels.

Lovely home with a nice guest room and bathroom. The owners were very nice and very accommodating by offering to drive us to dinner since it was raining and we were traveling by bike. They also helped with route planning and guided us out of town. Exceptional!!

Very clean and comfortable room close to main trhoughroads

Modern and large room on the second floor of the owner's house which you have yourself. Bathroom separate on the same floor. The home is in a quiet resident neighbourhood. As you are in the (friendly) owner’s home you obviously can sometimes hear them (e.g. the tv set) but never loud or late.

A very comfortable place to stay overnight.

This is a bed and breakfast which forms part of someone's house. We had a floor to ourselves. The bedroom was very comfortable and included everything that we needed. Our hosts were exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was very good. It was very good value for money.

Difficult to find even with google maps. 30 min fast walk to town centre for evening meal although we appreciated the exercise. Bathroom is a separate room off landing. i.e. Not en suite.

J’ai choisi ce gîte qui était sur mon trajet sans grand détour. J’ai apprécié la gentillesse et la disponibilité de mes hôtes. La maison dans un état remarquable à l’état neuf, offre tout le confort et la propreté souhaitables. Le petit déjeuner était très complet. Merci encore pour votre accueil !!

les hôtes sont des personnes sachant accueillir, très agréable et très bon contact. la maison est très agréable et très bien entretenue très bonne situation géographique pour le centre d'Alençon et pour se rendre à la salle d'exposition pour un concert. si nous devons revenir dans la région, nous y reséjournerons avec grand plaisir bref, tout était parfait

Horaires adapté - maison très bien situé et très propre, chambre et sanitaire nickel, emplacement familial - petit déjeuner très bien préparé - ambiance familiale et agréable - je pense qu'on ne peut pas faire mieux !

pour nous, tout a été au meilleurs niveau - et nous avons tout apprécié, depuis l'arrivée, jusqu'au départ ! alors, que dire de plus : continuez, c'est vraiment très bien.

Perfect verblijf, prima ontbijt en een super vriendelijke en aardige host!

Het ontbijt was prima, heerlijk twee eigengemaakte jams, vers brood croissantjes en stokbrood, yoghurt , vers fruit. Alles was heerlijk! De kamer was super schoon. Badkamer buiten de kamer was groot, had een heerlijke regendouche en zeer comfortabel.

Ik had niet begrepen dat je een trap naar de kamer op moest.

Prima verblijf voor op doorreis, hartelijke gastvrije mensen en zeer schoon en netjes.

Zeer gastvrij ouder echtpaar die met ons mee dachten over het avondeten en zelfs voor ons hebben gereserveerd in een restaurant in Alençon. Het restaurant was lopend (20 min.) prima te bereiken. Schone ruime kamer, badkamer zeer netjes en voor ons alleen te gebruiken (extern). Het ontbijt was prima (Frans) en in de eetkamer van het echtpaar zelf.

Er is geen aparte ingang voor de B&B aanwezig. Wel kun je een sleutel mee krijgen om na 22.30 u (tot dan was meneer nog wakker) binnen te komen.

Virée aux alentours d'Alençon

Dans un endroit calme, une maison coquette et confortable et des hôtes très sympathiques. Jolie chambre, très propre, literie confortable. Située à quelques minutes du centre d'Alençon où nous avons dîné sur les conseils de notre hôte au Restaurant Les 4 sens. 😋Avons bien échangé avec nos hôtes durant notre gourmand petit déjeuner.

Accueil sympathique dans une maison lumineuse au confort moderne. Belle chambre avec salle de bain séparée au design dépouillé. Ensemble très propre. Bonne literie, tranquillité assurée. Petit déjeuner dans la norme continentale avec bonnes confitures maison, fruits frais et yaourts dans un espace privé lumineux. La communication avec les hôtes est très agréable et ils sont fins connaisseurs de leur région qu'ils savent faire découvrir! Parking facile et bienvenu.

Rien qui ne soit pas apprécié, comme la critique est toujours facile simplement quelques détails pourraient être vite corrigés (mais nous ne l'avons pas demandé) : une seule chaise dans la grande chambre en plus du grand fauteuil confortable et pas de porte valise. Un détail complètement hors sujet: la numérotation de la rue s'arrête au 10 pour reprendre plus loin après un croisement à la bonne adresse du 12, un peu perturbant pour nous, mais on manquait de flair! Ce ne sera pas votre cas si vous lisez ce commentaire!

Colazione ottima, i proprietari sono molto gentili e abbiamo anche avuto modo di parlare a lungo. Vorrei solo fare una nota di merito in più alla struttura, nel sito di booking è indicato "bagno esterno" cosa che potrebbe trarre in inganno e far pensare ad un bagno esterno all'abitazione, mentre in realtà il bagno è fuori dalla camera, ma nella porta a fianco, parliamo di circa 2 metri.
