Close to Hammersmith tube station, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable
The rooms were quite warm but there was a fan provided so may have just been because of the heatwave

Staff are very helpful and friendly.
Place is immaculately clean.
Location is perfect for access to west end of London.
No communal room for reading, eating or browsing your phone.
Stairs are tricky for big suitcases.

Visited to attend a concert at Eventim Apollo 15 mins walk away. Lovely staff. Clean compact room with everything I needed. Visited on a warm Tuesday but my first floor room was bearable (hotel doesnt have AC), and a fan was provided. Room overlooked main road which was noisy but by night this became a background drone which didn't disturb me. Bathroom was very clean but snug, and some would find it a tight squeeze, shower was good.
Unfortunately internal sound proofing not as efficient as secondary glazing and coupled with inconsiderate guests meant a poor nights sleep.
Would stay again so long as i had earplugs with me.

Area of the hotel, the room was clean and functional
Top floor, too many stairs, small shower room, small room, felt claustrophobic, wouldn't do more than 1 night in this particular room
