The breakfast was super tasty, with a nice variety of options to choose from each morning. The staff were very friendly & welcoming & happy to offer assistance with getting a taxi, or finding a restaurant.
I'm used to a bathroom with a tub & shower unit, so I missed not having a tub.

The location of the Palazoo was exceptional. Nice oversized room and bathroom.
Unfortunately the bed wasn’t comfortable at all and due to the layout, mornings are loud if you want to sleep in. The breakfast room is positioned between two bedroom doors.

Wonderful breakfast and thoughtful, attentive staff
Air conditioning was turned off by staff during the day to save electricity, it was very hot during our stay and the air conditioning had to work harder to cool the room down at the end of the day.
