Gorgeous spacious apartment in a perfect location!

Location of the property was perfect and everything walkable

The property was nice, clean and good enough for what we needed.

The location was amazing, super close to everything in walking distance. However it’s located in a party district so if you’re wanting to avoid noise, I’d look somewhere else. The apartment itself was huge however and a lot of space and amenities, perfect for three people however the sofa bed needs replacing, the main bed was very comfy and soft. Also the water in the shower is hit and miss depending if they don’t cut it off or not.

We had to reach out to the host to organise check in which was a bit worrying given that we didn’t hear anything until the day of arrival after we had called many times and messaged so I would advise to reach out before arriving in Lisbon, but once we got in they were quick and attentive. The host should also organise an arrival book as there was no explanation of how to use anything, but all in all I would stay there again, purely for location!

At first look you can see a big and spacious apartment with refurbished look. There are 2 TV’s with tons of channels and Netflix, that our kids appreciated in the evenings, before bed. Kitchen was well equipped. Lisabon center in general is terrible for parking but there is a public garage nearby (15 minutes walk) that is expensive but you are happy with this setup in Lisabon.

Coomunication with the oeners is on poor level and we only got the check-in instructions at the exact time of check-in, on check-in day. This is really bad for any planning or even understanding that everything is okay with your booking (you definetely do not want to be stranded in streets at midnight with two small kids. On top of that, we did not receive any information or feedback from the owners although we did try to communicate. Only after contacting Booking support we got a reply. Apartment owners knew we are coming late in the evening with two small kids and they did not bother to prepare the couch bed for kids. Extrrmely poor or no mobile phone signal ; no wifi. We stayed for 5 nights, I would not do it again; after day one apartment had a moisture smell inside although AC was running and we were opening windows occasionally… Water drainage in the shower was jammed. Apartment was dusty. There was cuttlery only for 3 persons. This is a party street so there was extremely loud noise every day (I take it that this is not necesarily a downside of the apartment itself, but good for you to be aware of).
