Summary:
Beautiful and spacious apartment in Chiado/Bairro Alto with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
3 of the 4 bedrooms have a private bathroom, two of them with smart tv.
In addition to the bedrooms, there is also a living room with smart TV, a workspace with a desk, a fully equipped kitchen, a patio and a laundry room.
Get to know the city of Lisbon on the famous tram 28, which stops 1 min from the apartment.

The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms with the exception of bedroom 4.
Guest Access:
For reservations of 6 people or less, we reserve the right to limit access to some of the rooms but always taking into account the needs of our guests.
The Neighborhood:
The location is undoubtedly perfect for a stay in Lisbon... 250 meters from the Baixa-Chiado metro, a few steps from Bairro Alto, Chiado and Baixa. Most monuments and museums within walking distance. Take a walk around the neighborhood and discover the most beautiful viewpoints and the famous elevators in the city. To visit Belém, Sintra or Cascais, take advantage of the train station just a few minutes from home. At the door of the apartment, you will find the most famous tram in the city (28) that will guide you through the alleys of old Lisbon, allowing you to stop at one of the many places to enjoy an authentic Portuguese meal!
Getting Around:
250 meters from the Baixa Chiado metro, which crosses the main metro lines in the city. Stop for the famous tram 28 next to the building, as well as for lines 25 and 714. Train stations nearby (Cais do Sodré and Rossio). Uber and taxis at affordable prices.

This was the perfect place for our group of 8. The apartment was clean. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, with lots of dishes and cookware. And, 4 bathrooms! Location was excellent, within short walk to public transportation, and the tourist area with its shops, restaurants, and cafes. The management was quick to respond to questions and concerns. Our only regret is that we wish we could have stayed longer. We had a wonderful time in Lisbon. Would definitely consider staying at this apartment again.

This property was perfect for our stay. We were a group of 7 friends and we were so happy with this apartment. The location was great - we walked everywhere and was pretty centrally located. Everything was clean and comfortable and despite a few check in hiccups (mainly driven by poor internet and not the fault of anyone), we loved our days here and wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a group of 4 couples and a toddler. We all liked the apartment and thought it was very well and thoughtfully laid out for a group, with space well utilized. Communication with the host was great. I would have preferred to be able to enter with a keypad or similar to avoid trying to coordinate a meeting time with the host, but they were very flexible and accommodating with our schedule. The apartment is very conveniently located. It’s one street over from a loud bar street, so the two bedrooms on the street side could be somewhat loud at night, but the two back bedrooms were very quiet. The beds were all comfortable. I would recommend and would happily return here.
