The Manager who greeted us in the night and the staff who assisted us to room, I forgot the name but they were so amazing even offered us tea, they have given so high respect, most of all there staff, there roof terrace and there location

Location
Sewage smell in rooms, mold in bathroom, when we changed room we got a room with noise from hvac-system of hotel, changed again and… new sewage smell but less… staff trying to sell package deals for trips that you can find much cheaper if you look around. Same staff offered us an upgrade to room 4 upon arrival well knowing this was the room with the terrible sewage smell… this trick is obviously being repeated over and over again. We expected more from this hotel.
