Location is perfect, staff is great all of them but especially Fatima. This is my second time coming to the hotel and I came back because she is a great valuable not only as an employee but as a person! She is the best.

Location
Sewage smell in rooms, mold in bathroom, when we changed room we got a room with noise from hvac-system of hotel, changed again and… new sewage smell but less… staff trying to sell package deals for trips that you can find much cheaper if you look around. Same staff offered us an upgrade to room 4 upon arrival well knowing this was the room with the terrible sewage smell… this trick is obviously being repeated over and over again. We expected more from this hotel.
