Breakfast out of this world. The staff is extremely hospitable and over the course of three nights and 2 1/2 days, they almost became like family. The management helped customize private city tours for us, which helped maximize our limited time in the city in a comfortable way.
While the location is absolutely perfect for a tourist visit, the location is primarily touristic. Meaning, for extended stays, that could be too tiring.

Location was brilliant , room was basic relative to what was expected as superior room .
At checking in there was a dispute in respect of daughter age etc which implied we had not booked in good faith .

Location, staff, cleanliness, room size.
Breakfast options and it being priced so high and with no options for vegetarian meals. Also the price of just the breakfast was about $33! With a complete set of meals of just ONE option only!
